EZ 8 Motel Airporter

Good parking, close. The air conditioning was great. Lots of hot water for shaving. It was strangely comforting having the jets landing nearby! Good bed and linens. The room was very clean.

Nice, but old. The bed was comfortable. The TV was an antique but worked well. A little mold in the bathtub. I didn't shower, the surface was slippery and there were no grab bars. I

There was a young gentleman who worked the front desk when I arrived the afternoon on 9/6 who was very nice, courteous, and friendly. The woman who works the front desk during day shift needs to work on her phone etiquette and time management skills. She is not good at her job! She is dismissive, rude, and interrupts. I was on hold for 11min and finally hung up in an attempt to secure my week long reservation. When I called back the next morning she had the same crummy attitude. Housekeeping is phenomenal. Those workers need pay raises! My room was clean and presentable when I arrived. Kudos to that department.

The faucet in the shower leaked constantly which could be why I saw a cockroach in the room plus considering the water shortage crisis, this really isn't acceptable. The noise from the airport and the big trucks is A LOT but that's not the motel's fault

It was very quiet surprisingly it was very clean inside the room beds were comfortable clean linen which is a plus 4 some of these places so it was good I was surprised

Not too much I didn't like I guess really the only thing is the location and then also the whole thing with the ID anybody who came in went out they had to have idea and they didn't take anything besides a something that they can hand or something that you can handle they wouldn't take it off of a that's probably the only thing that in the cost I think I paid too much for the actual room but

The location is reasonable and the breakfast was Great , as alll the food that we had ordered being our 3rd time to staying at this hotel.l It's been great service at the restaurant friendly staff. And for the reservations desk at the hotel they are well trained professional and are caring to our needs , if we have any issues in the hotel Great price on hotel rooms from during the week to wkends, as a couple we continue to make reservations to this hotel when needed. And we will let Family & Friend's know, that this Hotel Deserves 8 Stars Ratings. Thanks Again, for good Service. M. Pacheco & S. Sanders

People who come to stay at the hotel need to pick up their TRASH, Need To ADD Signs to remind ignorant adults to pick up after themselves. Or don't allow them to stay in this hotel. It should be apart of a document that needs to be signed by all Customes.

The staff was very nice. We are a traveling band and got in VERY early morning. They got us in our room by 11am and we were able to get alot of rest before that nights concert. They also gave us trucker parking for our van and trailer, we immediately noticed all the cameras in the parking lot which made it feel safe for all our gear. We play Phoenix often, this hotel will now be our go-to for Phoenix. Also it was nice to actually have a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel.

Not much I didnt like. The price was right!

Clean room. It was very comfortable a/c was very nice and cold the way I like it. The restaurant is my favorite biscuits and gravy or my favorite yummyummyyy.

To start off I asked for A NON SMOKING ROOM. You need coffee makers a small fridge to keep sandwiches or to keep food cold. I would like to have shampoo and lotion in there also. Please work on getting the rooms to smell nice and refreshing it is very very important and also you need more plugs outlets.. thank you

The restaurant that is attached has great food at a great value. Staff was great and attentive. I like that the pool tables are only $0.75

All staff was wonderful. Except one lady. She was thin with medium length hair. She was very rude to guest checking in and then laugh and talk crap about them to the cleaning crew while booking rooms for other guest. Very unprofessional and will do whatever I have to do to avoid having her help me in any way. Then there was the tweaker in the room 469 that decided 2 am was a fantastic time to vacuum the floor on her room. After attempting to contact office and no answer, I knocked for an hour until occupant opened door and I politely asked her to stop.

Clean and quiet. The desk staff was very helpful with any questions we had n the supervisor made sure our needs were meet since we're disable.

Some housekeepers do not greet, never ask if we need anything.. Some avoided our questions. Room service didn't clean room correctly. Our Room had an odor from the carpet

The staff was rude and inconsistent; male night crew had terrible attitude; like he didn't like that he was working; the Assistant Manager put my husband and I on the DNR list for unknown reasons apparently was there since 2020; but we stayed here for two weeks; if we was on the DNR list we shouldn't been allowed to rent here regardless of who rented to us or not
