It was a clean, large room with AC that worked great and with 2 queen beds for a budget price. There is also a convenience store about 50 ft away which was nice (even though it was under remodel, there were still some essential items). The staff was nice *see note in other paragraph. There were plenty of outlets around the room, TV was standard.

I understand this is may sound silly, but everything was cheap. The beds felt like a WWE mat that was bouncy but nearly like laying on a board, the blankets were decent though. The bathroom was very small (just toilet/shower), and the sink was outside the room with the beds. It is also 10-15 minutes from downtown Prescott. And there isn't any staffing at night. I wasn't sure what to do at checkout in the morning because he wasn't there until like 703. Would I recommend? Yes, but if you are looking for 2 queen beds for a cheap price, a little out of the way, and nothing fancy.

Staff is amazing. Willing to work with customers. I had an issue with Booking.com and they worked with me so I wasn't, actually, left out in the cold wondering what I was going to do. It was kinda late to look for another hotel by the time we got there. This is my third time staying there because it's close to my son's school. Every time has been great if you just want a place that's affordable and more than enough to rest your bones for a couple days.

The outside looked questionable, needs a face lift. Then there was a faint smell of skunk weed upon entering the building; it soon dissipated. The halls & room were extraordinarily clean. Impressive, since I’m pretty petty when it comes to cleanliness. All of the linens in the room smelled fresh & the whites smelled of bleached. Nice touch.

As mentioned above the outside look & smell of skunk weed upon entry. As also mentioned the smell dissipated & I did not smell it again.

Our King bed suite was in excellent condition. This is a way better 2 star hotel than others I have stayed in. We liked the location because we didn't need to stay in downtown Prescott. We could barely hear the planes in the morning, I'm a light sleeper and this is a very quiet place! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and the front desk was nice!

It exceeded my expectations, so there is nothing I didn't like!

I stayed here after an after-hours event at the Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I read about nearby training flights beginning early, but I wear earplugs, so this was not an issue. Also, there are no restaurants nearby, just a Circle K, so you want to eat before settling in, or it was a 15-minute drive to a mall with several restaurants and fast food options. I'd stay here again.

Just make sure that if you want a meal to eat before you arrive.

The night we arrived a right the lady up front very nice had a big smile . That is great . The hotel smelled and looked clean . You can smell the fabuloso cleaning product .

The hotel was out of town and I didn’t like the medal walls outside of hotel. I thought we were at wrong location almost looking like storage units at night. Also needs more lighting outside in back parking lot, to dark at night.

Launderette onsite. Ground floor rooms (to not carry cases up stairs). Quiet at night. Outside sitting area with contained 2 house cats which was fun. Spacious rooms. It was 10 minutes walk from Prescott Airport where I rented & flew with Leighnor Aircraft.

The telephone in the room didn't work and at reception they couldn't help with this. It took a few days before they came to clean the room.

The room was basically clean when we arrived. The staff was friendly. the room was comfortable.

The microwave was dirty; it had not been cleaned inside. When we closed the sink drain to get enough water to wash the microwave tray, the drain stuck; and we had to pry it open with a screwdriver. The smoke alarm had been removed.

I liked the central location, close to Chino Valley and midway between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Gas station and convenience store next door. Quiet room, even across from airport. Comfortable club chairs in room. Mini fridge and microwave are nice.

No breakfast included. Smaller tv.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. The coffee pot is a nice touch, not having to make 1 cup at a time. The staff was helpful and accommodating. It has been so nice we extended our stay.

I don't think there is anything to make our stay anymore comfortable or pleasant.
