Quality Inn Prescott

I speak English poorly. The gentleman working at the front desk was very kind and patient. What I didn't understand, he translated for me with the help of Google translator, so I didn't have any problems in communicating. The room and bathroom were clean, the towels were new, the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The building is in a nice place, there is no noise around, close to the old town, it is nice for a walk.

The refrigerator in the room does not have a temperature regulator. It works more like a freezer, all the fruit we put in it froze. The air conditioner is quite noisy, it woke us up several times at night when it turned on. I missed the salty breakfast I'm used to, but they don't serve it.

Room was clean and comfortable, no issues what so ever. Lobby was spotless and nice comfortable seats to kick back in. Morning breakfast was very nice. All food was well stocked at all times. Fruit was fresh as could possibly be. Nice selection of good food, juices coffee and teas. Dining area very clean. Parking lot was safe and clean. We will be staying there again when we are in the area. The Gentlemen that ran the desk in the morning was very helpful and knowledgeable in the area and gave us alot of tips which we were very appreciative of. I only wish i could remember his name.

I didn't find anything i didn't like.

Breakfast was good. The beds were good, comfortable, clean.

The bathroom door did not close. There were some small - tiny bugs that we noticed on the table between beds and also on the desk. Also, we didn't like that there was only one light switch that controlled the lights and the vent. What we didn't like about that, is that the vent was noisy to have on all the time that the bathroom light was on - when we weren't showering, etc. We know that's how it was built with only one switch, but it would be better if it is ever remodeled to make that change.

The breakfast was a standard breakfast with yogurt and fruit and coffee and juice and a few other options so it was just right. We also enjoyed sitting under the nice Shady Tree out front so keep the tree too many places are chopping trees down because they don't like cleaning up the mess or dealing with the expense.

The coffee was not very flavorful and weak

Night staff was very nice made me feel like my truck that had stuff In the bed would be very well looked after .I said there was a couple people with gloves on walking around and even with his oxygen tank immediately got up and walked the parking lot to assure me he would make sure to watch our things so we could rest easy . I don't remember his name but he went way up and above to reassure me that I could rest easy through the night and that he would watch all of our possessions in the back of our truck and he was a sweetheart.

I didn't eat at the hotel.

The person who checked me in couldn't find us even with a reservation number. I told her the rooms were prepaid and non refundable she said whoever i booked with gadnt paid you. It stated right on the confmation Quality Inn property would collect all fees. One of the party I was with decided he would pay with his credit card I said no because it was prepaid. She said not true he could pay with his credit card. Next day I went back down and asked to check my account and I was told 3 rooms gad been prepaid with my Amx which is what I understood before arriving. You person checked us in needs more training.

clean and good location

the continental breakfast was pretty bad and pictures online must be very old because there was no protein and/or meat at all we ended up having to go out for breakfast on way home which rushed our time to return home for a commitment. the pillows also were not comfortable. I also wish lobby had fresh coffee going during the day or off hours. I will not use room coffee makers.

I definitely want to mention the front desk gal, because she really helped make my stay exceptional. I thought the hotel was very clean, quiet at night. My room was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The furniture was clean and in good condition, somewhat modern. Room had black-out shades in adddition to drapes and curtains. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would stay there again. I like the location because you can literally walk to the downtown historic area and courthouse.

There was a slight odor initially in the room, but not too bad and it did seem to go away. The coffee machine was broke but I didn't care since I don't drink coffee and it's just a machine in my way. That is about it.

Location and breakfast. However, due to COVID, it was a bag breakfast. We arrived early and did not expect to get in the hotel, but Manager checked and found the rooms had just been cleaned so we were able to unload before going to golf. He was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms rather small with no sitting area. Bathroom fan very loud. Front desk person except for manager not very friendly.

The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful we have encountered in our travels. Always sharing a greeting, asking if we had questions about the area, or needed help with anything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

The rooms were definitely not sound proof...we could hear people coming and going in the hallways during the day and night. We could hear people walking across the floor over our heads which isn't a problem in the daytime, but made sleeping difficult at night.
