I did like the breakfast. It was very good. But i really enjoyed the homemade oatmeal. The last day we stayed there there was no more homemade oatmeal. I asked the young lady that worked and she said they were no longer offering it because they were throwing to much of it out. I do not like microwave high sugar instant oatmeal. Please put this back on your breakfast menu. I almost forgot the coffee that this placed serves is outstanding the best we ever had from any other placed we stayed. Please don't switch brands.

The whole staff was so friendly and helpful and nice. I stayed there a total of eight nights. Also, the breakfast was so good. I love biscuits and gravy and the cinnamon rolls are so good! The cook there is the nicest person and so friendly. I can’t say anything negative about my stay. The staff did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The rooms are clean and nice and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel to Prescott.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is small but heated and enjoyable to swim in. They served one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had in AZ. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

I had a great experience, no complaints

The breakfast was amazing! The food tasted great which is not normal for a "hotel breakfast". It was hot, fresh and a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast staff was friendly and prided themselves on making sure the guests were happy with the food and environment. I would stay here again just because of the breakfast, worth the money.

We had to request that our rooms be cleaned which I didn't as I felt like this wasn't a standard service they provided. Since I didn't opt to have my room cleaned, I had to pick up additional towels at the front desk. Next time I'll just select to have the room cleaned.

The room was comfortable and clean. The front staff, cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great close to Embry-Riddle University and a short walk to downtown.

The chairs were a little uncomfortable for a long stay. The pools boiler was out at least it was hot out and the pool was comfortable. The one thing I would suggest is that there would be a list of restaurants in the room.

The check-in was easy, and the receptionist was very nice. He was helpful, too, and nicely answered my questions, even providing some tips for going downtown. The breakfast was great!

The carpet in the room is dirty and slightly smelly. I am susceptible to smell, so I didn't find it comfortable, even though it is understandable due to its location. But for my husband, everything was fine. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved the breakfast every morning!! And the people preparing the food and serving were so very friendly!!! Made a great impression on us! Liked the ice water in office and everyone was so helpful! We’d love to come back someday!

The online pictures were a little deceiving as I thought it was an enclosed hotel with a big lobby so our family could spend time together, otherwise we were happy with everything.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was great size and very comfortable. My husband left our window down in our SUV by mistake even though it rained earlier, In the morning he went out and was surprised to see no one stole anything from our vehicle. I love that you have staff on-site 24 hours and I feel it is a very safe place. We will be back!

There was a few black ants in the bathroom but not enough to be a bother....

Room was great, the breakfast was best I have ever had at a one of your hotels. The tattoo’d gentleman tends to everyone, eggs cooked perfectly, sausages hot and not mush! Super clean, friendly I stay at a lot of hotels that guys is 100% helping your business!

room 102 takes a while to get hot water but it’s and end unit so, to be expected.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Some smoking areas were too close to the rooms and many guests were just smoking right outside their rooms with the smell floating into our room.
