Forest Villas Hotel

The full breakfast was good. Made fresh daily. The lobby area was so inviting. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy. Soft music played. We went down every evening and played games. Great place to meet other guests. Hot tub was good. Staff very friendly. The assistant manager called me and apologized for the confusion on pricing and gave me an adjustment to the price.

When I called in to make a reservation I was quoted one price. When I received the email confirmation it was another price. I spoke with one of the managers and was, " not sure why I was quoted the wrong price, but that was the price." I didn't feel as though the person on the phone being at all accommodating. I ended up canceling and booking through booking.com. I was told I was okayed for early checkin. When I arrived I was told I couldn't check in until after 3, due to an issue with the room. The hot tub timer would not stay on more than 5 minutes.

I came into town for work, at the end of the day, I was exhausted and it was pouring rain. The ladies at the front desk, were beyond expectations! The hotel is beautiful. My room was lovely, but unfortunately, outside noises were very distracting and I was unable to relax. I went down to the front desk and was pleasantly upgraded to a king deluxe with a hot tub! That was a wonderful experience, I was cold and wet and exhausted. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and my tired and cold body. I give the Forest Villas Hotel ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! I will always stay there and proudly give them my business and strongly recommend a satisfying nights sleep. The bed was amazing, fireplace and private balcony! How could you ask for more, but wait...the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Don't miss out on an awesome stay in beautiful Prescott Arizona at the Forest Villas Hotel. It's super easy to find, right off 69-AZ. It's truly a must! Thank you!!

Oh my goodness, I can’t remember his name the front desk concierge was exceptional. He was kind, considerate, and very professional.

The evening, concierge, female, allowed children to stand on chairs and tables, and be extremely loud while others were trying to relax. Rather than taking care of the situation, she wanted my mother, father, and myself to go into a conference room to play cards, which I thought was inappropriate. It was my mothers 80th birthday and we weren’t going to let anything get us down so we made it through!

Such a beautiful hotel with a vintage European feel!... when I read some of the negative reviews I was a little hesitant, but we were not disappointed at all..from the time you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff, the lobby made us feel like you stepped back into a beautiful hotel in Europe in the 1940's, I was just waiting for some glamorous woman to walk down the staircase in her long cocktail dress.......the rooms were a great size, ( we had the standard king) the view was gorgeous, loved the balcony!...everytime we had interaction with any of the staff everyone was so NICE & FRIENDLY!.. my husband has back issues and he didn't need the air mattress that we brought , it was firm for him and just as soft enough for me!...we never had the breakfast since it was always so crowded, but it smelled delicious and we noticed those who were eating really enjoyed it...wine bar, fresh warm baked cookies, coffee, lemon water were always available in the lobby which never closed...free WIFI, no password necessary, (2) computers and underground parking if you choose!...so if you are looking for a vintage glamorous feel with great staff and accommodations stay here, I know we both decided this will be our "go to" the next time we visit Prescott!

The only thing I wish we had in our room was a microwave, we had to use the one in the cafe

Breakfast was great, room was big and roomy, very nice.

Well the toilet stopped up and it took about 2 hours to fix it...not sure the guy really knew what he was doing as he flooded the bathroom. the room was handicap but there was not a shower wand...so useless....and the tile work in the bathroom was not right, so when you took a shower the water ran right out in the main part of the bathroom. had to put a towel down to stop the flooding....the room was booked for 4 adults but only 3 towels...other than that...it was great..

I loved the experience when you walked into the establishment and the front desk staff! Wow, it was awesome. The staircase, piano and the bar/wine bar. Forest Villas is elegant. My room was along the main drive into Prescott, however, I didn't hear anything except one super loud car. The View was fantastic. While some guests considered this an older Hotel/Resort, I did not. I went to the pool/sauna - clean fresh towels and BARRY, the front desk person, well he just made my stay exceptional. He knew I was there for relaxation and I was not disappointed. Service out to the pool area!!!! My Wine!! Perfect!! I will add the wine offered is wonderful. Everyone at the pool received special service if they wanted it. What more could a person want!! Total relaxation! Barry was exceptional! All staff were courteous and very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was really nice, staff very personable. I was meeting the parents for breakfast so a quick coffee and roll just to see what was offered. You would not be disappointed. I highly recommend Forest Villas if you do not plan to stay in the downtown Prescott area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Forest Villas Hotel! We can’t wait to come back!! It was our first time in Prescott, we live a few hours away. The location was great, our room was clean, and the staff were super friendly!

Night. wrote checkout, we got a call because the room below us had a ceiling leak due to using the jet tub in our room. Absolutely loved the jet tub so much, but I was afraid to use again as to not cause more damage.

Everything was aaaaamazing. I will never stay anywhere else. My cousin and I shared the room and I had my yellow lab. The front desk staff was absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve stayed at many properties and this one takes the cake. Thank you Forest Villas and staff for welcoming us. We will be back.

I wish I would haven’t been charged twice. I was taken back when I saw my bank reflect that I had two holds on my visa debit card. It was a little inconvenient but luckily I was traveling with mt cousin or I would have been stranded since 700 was what I had in my account leaving me with 30 cents. Not your problem I know, but I wish I would have been warned that’s all. I could have prepared better. Plus it was on Memorial Day weekend didn’t help. I do understand a deposit or something like that but not a double hold.

Beautiful lobby, lounge, breakfast area. Large, comfortable room with small balcony and nice view of the mountains. After we arrived (~4 PM), a blizzard hit the area and roads were closed by 7 PM. We were unable to get our car out of the parking lot because of the snow, and so we had sandwiches in our room for dinner that night. Certainly not the hotel's fault; if you're going to get stranded in a snowstorm, the Forest Villas is a great place to be!

The whole feel of the hotel was comfortable, a bit old fashion but almost felt like an old Italian villa. room was very nice, lobby was large with many chairs and sofas to sit and talk. The view out the windows were of this beautiful pool area lined with trees. Breakfast was very good, many places to sit.

I really can not say anything was wrong, I guess the only thing I wish it had was a bar and/or restaurant.
