We enjoyed staying in the historic building which is a block from the court house and in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The rooms are quiet. We never heard noises from other guests walking around. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We made a reservation within an hour of the front desk closing and staff proactively reached out by text and email to confirm our check in time and offer after hours check in if needed.

The building exterior does need some maintenance above the front porch.

It was perfect for our anniversary celebration! I loved its' charm, decor and location. The staff was super friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. We parked our car and walked everywhere...also enjoyed a breakfast of leftovers at the dining table in the lobby. Very comfortable and warm atmosphere! I loved the bathtub for a nice hot soak each night!!

At first I didn't like not having a fridge & microwave in our room, but realized how much it detracts from the look/warmth of the room/hotel. The appliances are conveniently located in area for all guests to use. Practical & convenient! Getting coffee in the morning in the lobby also provides chance to interact with other guests and staff...good for some socialization!

We loved the historic connection and the furnishings of our room and bathroom. I actually enjoyed the Cat's visit. I was told the ghost of the Cat might come around (we were in Rm. 7), and it did, in the middle of the night!! Only I felt its presence, my husband could not believe me in the morning. The Cat's fur was so velvety, he was purring and made my stay in your hotel very special, particularly right before the Halloween. I am very happy about this experience!

Maybe the room was a bit too small? Not really a negative in a historic place, just adds to the experience. The bed was very comfortable! Oh, I remember, the heater was discovered in the closet only in the morning, so it was a bit chilly through the night. I wish I noticed the sign about the heater sooner.

It was a wonderful stay it made me feel like home beautiful little room that I stayed in. I wish I would have known about this hotel years before. I would love to definitely stay there again. The hotel lobby was beautiful quaint with lots of Windows to view out. The room was warm, it was in the winter the bathrooms are clean the bed is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. All the comforts of home. There was parking in back or in front. It was an excellent stay for me, I recommend this hotel with five stars, thank you very much.

Great and friendly reception when checking in . Room was compact but it was very comfortable and clean . The king size bed was also quite comfortable . Good storage available in room . Bathroom was also rather small but large enough to be easily accessible for use . Nice old clawfoot tub with shower . Toiletries were in bathroom The hotel is obviously old and does show its age but it definitely is a very good vintage hotel . Air conditioning worked well. Close to Whiskey Row and multiple shops . Great walking area in the Prescott Center

Lots of wood areas could use some paint and tender loving care and just general maintenance . Bannisters and outside porch really shower their age and need for refurbishment

What a cool place to stay! The location is perfect, we walked to the square for an afternoon stroll, and ice cream. Then after a lovely nap, we walked to dinner a couple blocks down. It was just what we needed! The Vendome is immaculately kept clean. There is wear and tear, mostly on the outside that we could see, but it is an historical building. We loved our stay, and will be back!

What we didn't like, was the bed. It was OK for me, but my husband woke up stiff and sore. The other thing was, the neighbor across the hall turned their TV on full blast at 6am, I think they didn't know how to work the remote... After they finally turned it down, was just getting back to sleep, the alarm from hotel clock went off! But all in all, great stay.

Lovely historic hotel with front porch and balcony that you can sit and enjoy a drink from the hotel bar. the rooms and bathrooms are smaller but perfect. Great location to walk into the historic downtown area. A really nice restaurant next door too. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

Location walkable

Check in was awkward. Gal seemed clueless Said I had two rooms for Saturday night vs Friday and Saturday, yet I was getting constant texts from front desk confirming Friday night arrival time. She said it was booking.com mistake and that luckily they had one room left to give me for Friday. I will not use booking website again.

This is my go-to place for Prescott. For years I stayed at the St. Michael but since finding this hotel, it is the only place I will stay. I loved that it was small (only 20 rooms). It is very quiet yet within a short walk to Whiskey Row and the courthouse. The staff were super nice and seemed to care about their guests. I loved the claw footed bathtub. The onsite parking was also nice.

I liked everything. Nothing negative.

It was so cute, newly renovated but still kept the old charm. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and more than willing to share all the details about the history of the hotel. It’s kind of a hidden gem, it’s so close to Whiskey Row but not quite on it. I will definitely be booking another stay here the next time we go to Prescott and recommend it to everyone!!
