Great service. I loved that all the classes were included in the room price. Lovely staff always seeking to please.

Wood countertop in my room was clearly in need of care. Rings from glasses and peeling finish did not reflect the high quality of this venue.

Vibe, serene resort, very relaxing.

Housekeeping did not restock coffee, even after we called the front desk.

I loved everything! The Spa, the classes, the pool, the location, the food, the staff. Everything!

The one thing that needs to be upgraded is the flooring in the rooms. The carpet in my room was heavily stained and old looking. Also I prefer a firmer mattress although I realize that not everyone does so it is difficult to please everyone.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The classes options are amazingly diverse and there seems to be something for everyone. The food is nutritious yet still tastes good (highly recommend the cauliflower entree and steak entree at Terras!). The spa was wonderful - highly recommend scheduling a spa day! The aqua therapy pools were a great experience! The people, employees AND guests, are so friendly and welcoming. This was my first solo weeklong vacation and I already booked for next year! Can’t wait to go back!

It would’ve been great to have a complimentary airport shuttle and one that could make day runs to Scottsdale. Depending on the time of day, it can be hard to get an Uber or Lyft off the property.

Everything. I had to go to AZ bcs my father was put under hospice care so I was very emotional when I checked in. The staff couldn’t have been any kinder to me and my family. When kindness and caring was needed most they came through 1000% when they learned of my situation and didn’t have to anything but they did. I highly highly recommend this place. Outstanding staff, food, location, room and amenities.

Everything was just outstanding from beginning to end. Me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves. We were able to relax and enjoy a ton load of peace. Massages were excellent. they need to work out spa bookings and letting you sign up for more classes …communicating with the staff before and after my stay has been a nightmare, but when you are onsite it’s amazing!

Very clean, well-designed spacious room. This is one of the best hotel room designs I have ever experienced. The grounds are wonderful. WIFI was good. Pool area is very nice and adequate for lap swimming.

The COVID protocols are silly. Invasive and illegal health questions are asked at checkin. A temperature check is required at check-in, which should be eliminated. Excluded from using many of the facilities and classes due to inability to wear a mask due to health issues. Room cleaning every three days, which is too long. The lap pool is only available with a spa treatment.

the gardens around the spa are tranquil and serene. all the property is mature and seems spacious but is easily walkable and not to spread out. super convenient store and delicious options are available.

The staff made this place into a luxury resort! Amazing classes and Terra's made wonderful food.

The rooms and buildings are dated. Our bed was comfy but lumpy.
