Location excellent--freeway accessible but not on a busy street. Good parking, great room, comfortable beds, 4 pillows per bed, clean room, well equipped with microwave, fridge, safe, coffee maker, everything you need especially for the business traveler IMO. Good blackout window coverings too for odd-hour sleepers. Cheerful and helpful staff.

smelly bath products provided are always poor, idiosyncratic choices. Find something with minimal smell or very neutral smell please. Everything else was great.

Loved the front office staff, especially Marla who was very accommodating and efficient. I called her one day to see if we could get our room early since we needed to change and get to a wedding at 3pm and check in to the hotel was 3pm. She asked me to call the day of arrival which I did and she said she was able to confirm I would be able to get the room at 1pm which is the time we got there. She is friendly on the phone and in person. We were only there for 1 day but she told us about the area and helped us navigate out trip. Breakfast was excellent and many choice options.

There was nothing not to like, the location was perfectly close to where we needed to be and very affordable for our budget.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a facility that offers comp breakfast. Wide variety of choices, food was hot and plentiful. Excellent.

The wi-fi service. Could not connect my lap top to the existing wi-fi. A clerk tried also and could not do it. Stated that my lap top was blocking wi-fi but went to another bldg the next morning and my lap top worked perfectly with their system.

The hotel is within walking distance of a great shopping center and restaurant precinct. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The automatic light in the bathroom took a bit of getting used to as it is very bright (especially if you have been in a dark room and then walk into the bathroom!) I thought the breakfast provided was great with more options to eat than I was expecting. Having an onsite laundry also proved useful.

The citywide lack of public transportation means cars or Uber/taxi is required to get any where but that is not the hotels fault - just a fact that means it is not easy to get around.

Staff is super responsive to our needs. We needed early check-in, no problem with request. They greeted us every time we returned and every time we left the property. The room is large, beds are comfortable, the property is immaculate. Lots of choices for breakfast. We have stayed here for many years, and it's convenient to Mayo and Desert Ridge Mall. Easy freeway access.

The room was updated with modern conveniences. Lots of electrical and USB ports, powered window coverings, a decent TV, K-cup coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Parking was free, unlike the Marriott properties near the Mayo.

I would prefer laminate flooring to carpet in the rooms.

Breakfast could be so much better. Danishes and toast were à bit stale... like yesterday's or even the day prior to that. Bacon was burnt. Butter pods had been melted and they solidified themselves again. You could tell from the color of it. Probably to close to the pancake maker or toaster. But eggs ...yogurt ... fruit ... coffee was nice. Suites were nice and clean with the exception of the shower. There was some hair left on the floor of the stall.

Bed was very lumpy ... so very uncomfortable. Needs to be changed.

Convenient to the Musical Instrument Museum. Room offered microwave, keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge (no freezer compartment.) Comfortable bed, soft towels, clean. Great breakfast, including a variety of hot choices (cheese omelets, sausage, bacon) or the usual yogurt, bagels etc.

Room was perfect with nice comfortable beds. Had everything we need. Breakfast has enough of a variety to have three different breakfasts over our stay.

We were given two keycards one didn’t work. We got another from reception and that didn’t work, tried again and it didn’t work. Other guests seemed to have the same issue. Just give out one keycard if two don’t want to work!

The bed and pillows were the best I've had at a hotel. The fact that the towels were replaced, the bathroom cleaned daily was a bonus! Having an ice machine nearby was also nice, but seriously, $3.75 for a coke?

The coffee. Sorry, but in this day and age, there isn't a good reason to have yucky coffee. :-) As a mother with adult children and no grandchildren, I would LOVE someday to have one floor designated a no child zone. I know, I can dream.
