It was in a nice part of the town. A bit of a walk from the ASU campus, but close to some wonderful bars and restaurants. And at a decent price too.

IMO, it seemed like it was on the edge of the “college town”. Take that with a grain of salt though as I didn’t really walk beyond the campus or the Whole Foods down the street.

Location was great!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating for my 3 night stay. Gym included free weight dumbbells! Lobby refrigerator was almost fully stocked. My room was very roomy..

Shower and shower head weren't the greatest and felt dated. Bed was decently comfortable. I have stayed at quite a few Sonesta's including Sonesta resorts so expectations were very high for this one.

The location is great because it is within walking distance of many great restaurants and a public park, and about 10min uber drive ($15-$20) from the airport.

The hotel is right next to a train track. The train comes through a few times per day and creates some noise. However, the horn does not blow and the noise didn't wake me up at night as it is muffled by the building.

Terrific location close to everything. Great staff, friendly and professional. Good breakfast, amenities and all-night snack pantry. Room was very clean, quiet, with everything working.

We booked two beds and got one bed and a couch bed. Worse, no extra blankets were provided so I ended up sleeping in my clothes, covered by a sheet. Thankfully it wasn't too bad for one night. Also, can't open the windows for fresh air, which is why we avoided using the heat. But good AC unit.

Bing was the lady who worked at the breakfast counter. She was super friendly and very sweet. She made me a fresh egg sandwich instead of using the frozen egg patties. The front counter staff were friendly and efficient. The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays. The room was nice but the TV could have been bigger and set up so I could watch it while laying in bed. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels, soap, lotion etc. Overall a very nice experience.

Minor details, like I could not move curtains in my room to block life 100% or I didnt find a way to turn off the exterior light, etc.

The front staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, nice quiet building. The coffee shop down stairs was a bonus!! I was surprised with a mini fridge and coffee pot. I did not see them in the listing...made my start even better. I would difinetly recommended a stay here.

it was quiet and nice inside. didn’t seem like there were any guests staying i didn’t see a single person. the room was nice and clean, the couch was nice with a pull out bed.

the actual bed was so uncomfortable, i slept on the pullout couch bed. also you have to pay for parking which is absolutely ridiculous considering how much a night was…having to pay to park where your hotel is at is crazy.

Everything was amazing, like always! Great hotel to stay in Downtown Tempe. Wheelchair friendly, pool also.
