The location was amazing! A little more private being at the end of the road and of course backing the mountains it was again more private all the while being right in the village of Oak Creek.

I don’t think there was anything I did not like, everything was very nice. I feel like the rooms could have used a bit more deep cleaning. Everything was very nice and clean on the surface but it was dusty in corners and in one corner of the closet was a very large dust collection. But all in all clean and I did not feel I was in a dirty room.

Breakfast was interesting and adequate, not your typical sweet baked goods b&b breakfadt. Location is awesome, could not have asked for better views. Inside very clean, lots of windows to capture the views. Nice little balcony. Air conditioning worked well, abundance of electrical and usb outlets. Lovely breakfast patio with views of red rocks. Very gracious and helpful staff.

I would have appreciated a ceiling fan in the room. The grounds were not kept up well. The outside decorative pots and fountains looked tacky to us, like they came from a thrift store. The leaves in the patio area were not swept up. Missed not having a swimming pool.

The Penrose is a beautiful property with incredible views of Bell Rock and Court House Butte, right from our balcony! Our breakfast was delicious (be sure to share any dietary restrictions during check-in so the staff can properly prepare) and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. We were also only a short walk away from some amazing hiking trails around Bell Rock, which saved us a lot of headache having to drive to a busy trailhead. We will definitely be coming back!

Oh goodness! We celebrated our wedding and honeymoon at this gorgeous bed and breakfast! It was wonderful and lovely from the moment we arrived!!! The room was lovely, there was a little welcome for us, snacks and drinks in the kitchen, and the BREAKFAST - OMG!! The sweet and helpful and kind angels who took care of us were also so greatly appreciated! We received t-shirts at the end! I mean it was literally PERFECT. I have never had that experience before! I was thinking about how we could live there forever :) AMAZING! Thank you so much!

Loved the location. On a quiet street. Tucked away from the business that Sedona brings. Right up against the beautiful red rock mountains entering into Sedona. First time in at a bed and breakfast and happily pleased with the hospitality when arriving. Breakfast was more than what i expected. Really good food. All rooms seem to have a beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed in the coconino room. Not too big but clean cozy and i would recommend to anyone who visits here. Can wait to reaturn

I really enjoyed the bed and breakfast. I felt at home at the Penrose, the room was lovely with a balcony that looked out on the incredible red rock, the bed was comfortable, the shower had quite a lot of pressure, and the clock was also a phone charger! they also offered DVDs and a roku for the TV which i did not use. In the morning i was given a gourmet breakfast which was made to vegetarian for me. overall, i really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler for one night and would definitely stay again at the penrose.

wifi could have been a bit better

Amazing location, stunning views, beautiful room, quiet and peaceful nights, great hosts, super friendly staff, gourmet breakfast, free drinks and snacks all day long. Outside seating, free use of piano and list goes on. We felt right at home!

The bed was a little too soft for me but that is personal taste. All else was perfect!!

Beautiful bed and breakfast with spectacular views from each room. Close proximity to Oak Creek Village and some hiking trails and public golf course. Warm welcome upon checking in. Snacks and non alcoholic beverages available in small fridge complementary 24 hours. Breakfast was gourmet and delicious. Bed and rooms comfortable with nice bathroom amenities.

Very quiet - felt comfortable coming and going. Could always get a hot coffee, cold drink or a quick snack. I am a big tub person so really appreciated the jacuzzi tub.

location was great - just outside Sedona , peaceful . the place is beautiful with the stunning Mountain views. very delicious breakfast was included with a beautiful views. service was great too, we were given T-shirts as a gift from the property. we had an amazing time .
