Great location in the Village of Oak Creek, tucked away from Sedona and the busier parts of town but still very accessible to hiking trails. The staff are very nice, and the daily breakfast made by the chef was the highlight of the stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the double sink bathroom with a separate bathtub was really nice. We really enjoyed the double-sided fireplace in the suite.

The rooms are dated and not well maintained. There were spackles on the ceiling, paint chips on the walls, cosmetic damage to the coffee table, a painting missing from the wall but the nails were exposed, and broken blinds. The couch looked really old and the carpet in the bedroom had some stains on it. The walls are also super thin, we can hear people walk around upstairs.

I loved almost everything about this property…the location, amenities, breakfast were all fantastic. I definitely would come back.

We arrived Sunday afternoon. By Tuesday afternoon, our room had not been attended to by the cleaning staff. I notified the front desk and told them we would be out of the room by 10am Wednesday so it could be cleaned. We returned from our excursion Wednesday at 3pm and the room was the same. Again, I went to the front desk and told them that we were going to the pool so the room would be empty for an hour or so. Returned from the pool and room was still not cleaned. Went out to dinner that night and returned at 9pm to find they had come to replenish towels and soap/ shampoo. We were leaving the next day so didn’t really need it at that point. Had our room been attended to in a timely manner, I would give Las Posadas 10 stars for sure!

It was beautiful and quiet. The suites are large and private with huge tub and separate shower. I slept so good in the huge California King bed every night. It was very convenient just at the beginning of the community of Oak Creek. Nice that it was out of the bustle of town. When we checked in, Brissa explained the property and surrounding area thoroughly and even allowed us to use a property local forest pass! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and town, even told us the times to avoid uptown Sedona because the traffic is bad, which we saw was to be true!!! Had a tasty, hot, cook to order breakfast every day!! Thank you Roman!!

Nothing!!!

Great to have full suite to spread out and enjoy and our private patio was lovely in late afternoon. Appreciated fridge etc to store our food for hiking snacks, etc.; wine & beer. Clean & comfy! The breakfasts were fantastic!! and we enjoyed eating on the small patio with the sun & birds. Cookies --yum!!! Staying in the Village of Oak Creek was an excellent choice -- the proximity to Sedona was great and despite some paving & traffic issues into town during our stay, we were able to find alternate hikes and routes to them to avoid going into Sedona. Nice to stay out of the busier touristy town of Sedona, though we liked walking around in the town one evening. Sedona Brewing and Oak Creek Brewery were great (in Sedona). Excellent restaurants just across the main road from Las Posadas that we walked to -- best empanadas we've ever had!. Would highly recommend this & hope to be back!

One issue was the combination mattress pad & bottom sheet on the bed was old and ripped and did not seem to fit very well --- we had to refit it often. Time for some new bedding perhaps? Otherwise all room amenities were great.

This was a wonderful, cozy 'home base' for our weekend in Sedona. Since the hotel is in the Village of Oak Creek (about 5 miles outside of downtown Sedona), it's very quiet and peaceful. Our suite was spotlessly clean, private, and comfortable. Loved the fireplace and enjoyed taking warm baths after long days of (gorgeous) hiking! Front desk staff was kind and helpful, and allowed us to check out one hour late on our last day without any extra charge. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the chef proactively made sure there were high quality vegetarian options available to us--he even had veggie sausage on hand to throw into the omelets he made one morning. Also, that man makes some of the best cookies I've ever had; be sure to snag one or two.

The only thing we wished for was maybe a set of bathrobes in the room- while totally an extra luxury, this would have made our stay truly spa-like :)

The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely soaking tub. Close to many hiking trails.

The garbage wasn't emptied in the kitchen, the kitchen coffee was not well stocked. The window shutters were missing the center rod, and the sun rose in our room windows, so they would be convenient to have. The hotel was a fair distance from Sedona; the tour company asked if we could come into town to avoid delaying our tour since we were so far away. Luckily, there were some nice restaurants nearby so we didn't have to travel back to Sedona to eat.

Nice looking hotel, looks like it's been converted from a timeshare or something. Our room was a suite and it was big and bed comfy. Nice seating area on the balcony.

One of the electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the faucet was broken too. We tried running the fireplace and it worked for about 15 minutes and then cluncked out (yes, we do know that it's on the timer). And yes, the photos on the web site with that gorgeous view -- we didn't see the view, wasn't there.
