Pool spa was wonderful. Location Service Use of facilities

That there was a per person minimum to have dinner in one of the lighted huts That I did not know that there was a 35.00 per day charge for use of facilities or that we could use the indoor hot tub and steam room and sauna. We learned that the day before we checked out.

The room was big enough for our family of five. The grounds were very well kept. Lots of good restaurants close. The s’mores kits were a nice touch to do in the fire pits.

I felt catfished by the pool pictures. The pool looks big in the pictures with a great background. Don’t get me wrong, the kids enjoyed it, but they must have got the angle just right on this one. You can barely see the red rock from the pool and it is small. We thought for a second we were at a different pool area.

it was in a nice spot with great views. it’s near some nice places to eat and has a restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Starbucks is available until 11am.

it was a little dated. others that stay there are loud and inconsiderate, slamming doors, screaming, yelling, walls and doors are very thin. Available amenities in room are limited. A small kitchen area is available but no utensils or paper towels. They could supply paper products. we were 3 adults and they only supplied a .5 oz tube of shampoo and conditioner. The towels were small and overused (over laundered), leaving them stuff and not fluffy. The shower leaked and the sinks didn’t drain well. Over all we had a nice stay, would probably try another property closer to Sedona.

pool area was comfortable and they had interesting events like star gazing and teaching about the vortex. pink jeep tours will pick up at this resort. It always smelled good. They also had guest laundry service on each floor. They allowed us a little later check out.

2 Queen Bed Suite was very spacious and comfortable! Limited in room dining menu, but main restaurant has plenty of options. Great space to hang out out back, including fire pits, bags, jenga, etc. Pool was great, pool bar even better! Would definitely stay here again!

There were little black beetles everywhere at the thresholds between in/outside! I expect bugs outside, obviously, but they were everywhere and it almost seemed like a pest control service would help the situation.

It was well-kept, and clean. The view was perfect. The location was great. The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful!

The only thing we didn’t really like was that there were more kids there than we thought would be.

Pool was great, clean and loved the outdoor area for relaxing with food or drinks. Daily music is great too!

A little far away from downtown but still a lovely stay.

great location, beautiful resort. Its one of the best hotels we have stayed in in Arizona!!! We are definitely planning on staying here again when we visit Sedona. great resort, food, drinks, Starbucks in mornings. lots of activities for kids and love the fire pits lol

Brunch on weekends was overpriced $36 per person. If you have a child under 12, it’s still $36 a person. My daughter under 12 ate 3 cereal boxes & we paid $36. They should really have a child price the buffet.

Ease of access, lots of amenities, spa attached to hotel.

Don't clean rooms everyday, elevator was broke for whole stay, wish restaurant had a larger menu.

The facilities are amazing & the staff are really nice and helpful! We had a small leak in the air conditioning and once reported we had immediate help to sort the problem! Excellent service throughout our stay!

There is nothing not to like about the property!
