Cozy little wall-switch operated in-wall gas fireplace in my upgraded room with view of Bell Rock.

A few small details common to many hotels, even 5-star ones: refrigerator freezes everything even on lowest setting, kleenex box metal faceplate falls out of wall onto floor, rare stray hair on sheets that I’m sure is laundered and disinfected, loose faucet handle on sink. small details common to many hotels and never reported by housekeeping to maintenance, so never get repaired, unless guests mention to someone when they leave, as I did.

The location was perfect, right next to Bell rock, our favorite spot to hike and soak in the Vortex energy. The room size was spacious, very clean, with a modern look. The staff was the best part, they allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected as well stored our birthday cake for serval days until the celebration. Will definitely be staying here again, also there’s a really great restaurant for breakfast or Dinner right across the street called Colt Grill.

The tub was a little smaller than expected, thought it would fit two people but it only fit one. Either way it was phenomenal and the jets were exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking.

The mountain views were beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were able to ask for extra pillows and towels. The fireplace was nice. We were able to use it since it got pretty chilly overnight.

Had to request room cleaning. It's a bit farther away from downtown than expected. It's a motel so there was some street noise. The fan on AC was loud so when it turned off and on it disturbed our sleep. We just had to keep the fan on the whole time. Luckily there was a fireplace we could use.

It was quite a nice stay at your hotel indeed. We were able to walk to a nice Thai restaurant beside for dinner and conveniently get gas across the street. You staff was really nice and accommodating too they let us stay in the office in the morning to wait for the winery tour bus even before we had to check in.

The bed was comfortable except for the metal bedframe that we kept hitting with our feet multiple times and making loud noises. Could've been better if that wasn't there. Also the tub drain cover was loose so it continuously drained water I had to press it down the whole time while I was trying to enjoy it. The room was hot overnight too because the thermostat was by the window detecting cool temps outside and kept heating the room when it's already hot.

No breakfast was provided, that I was aware of. The location was amazing! The staff were professional and kind. The check in and out where simple and fast. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel room, 10/10.

The only thing I didn't like that I had booked a "cozy king" room, so I was expecting a couch but it was just a handicapped accessible room with a king bed. It met my needs, so I didn't bother to ask to change it. Just not what I had expected. This wasn't a deal breaker.

Perfect location at Bell Rock, you can do the best hike (double loop) starting from your hotel without searching for parking lots. The view from our rook was fantastic, and the picknic area offers the same beautiful view for everyone. The room was big, very clean and had everything you need for a longer stay. The woman at the reception was very kind, we felt very welcome.

Amazing location in Sedona.Fabulous views of the red rocks from the upstairs outdoor patio. 2 minute drive to the parking lot for the trailhead for Bell rock. Free parking right outside our door. Nice friendly staff. Bonus guest laundry, coin operated. Reasonably quiet spot. Comfy beds. Good AC.Good pizza place serving craft beer next door.

Bathroom pretty small

Can't ask for a better location. Million dollar view. Trailheads start right at the door and you don't need tondrice to the parking ( usually full ) King bed was super comfortable Reception was helpful in suggesting places to have supper and her recommendations were excellent.

I think they forgot to put a sheet over the cover blanket on the bed but we should've asked for it.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. This place was in the perfect location and the staff was very friendly. It’s an older hotel but kept up very nicely. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe. No frills but a great place at a great price.

Parking can be limited. I was there during the “off” season so I never had a problem but I could see where there could be one during busy times of the year.

This hotel was absolutely perfect and I regretted that I arrived so late and couldn't enjoy it. My key was waiting for me since the lobby was closed, the room was big and clean, and there was even a fireplace.

I couldn't turn off the fireplace all the way and it was 90 outside that day. Also, breakfast or coffee would have been nice but everything else was great!
