This place was amazing, close to town and also secluded enough to feel like you’re out enjoying nature. After the first night we thought we were one of maybe three families on the property until we saw everyone eating at breakfast the next morning. I was surprised how many people were staying there, we felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. This place was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We only stayed two nights, that’s on us though. This place was perfect, can’t wait to come back.

The design of the rooms and the courtyard is done in a very beautiful style. The hotel staff is also very polite and helpful with all inquiries. The breakfast is delicious and substantial. I liked that it changes every day, and the waiters make sure if the offered option suits you. If desired, it can be changed.

It’s absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The grounds are tranquil and well maintained, with seating areas around every corner. The suites themselves are well appointed, with lounging areas and gorgeous views. . All the staff and personnel went out of their way to be kind. And the breakfasts were delicious!

Like, no we LOVED everything about the Chateau. It was everything we hoped it would be. Just lovely with superb views of Thunder Mountain and the room was just as breathtaking. We we able to hike to Airport Trail to see tue sunrise from Sunset trail that literally begins across the street from the wonderful place we stayed. Staff was amazing, food was amazing everything was so...well, amazing!

The views from our room and the room itself was gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and we just loved our stay! The soaking tub in the room was so nice after a day of hiking!

I loved that it was close to restaurants, shops, other entertainment, but far enough to still be quite. The view was excellent. The room very comfortable and cozy.

Just that while in the living room space watching tv, other guests were able to walk right by the window to walk to the office. Other that that, I loved the place!

Breakfast was great but waitresses did not offer anything but the special on card! Language barrier!

Plumbing from other rooms was heard in our room. A more relaxed breakfast with special as highlight but other offerings on a menu!

The location was away from the touristy area. Off on a quiet residential area and across from the Airport hiking trail. The breakfast was great. You could chose from the daily special or have more basic eggs,oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Our room was a suite, living room , mini kitchen area and bedroom. Kitschy southwest decor and art throughout the property. Very clean. Lovely fire pit in the evening.

Our bathtub needed reglazing. The jacuzzi was great after hikes but the jets should be readjusted or replaced. Too noisy and water hitting you in the face/head!!!

The breakfast was delicious and the location was fantastic

The pool was too small and it wasn’t very clean. The staff was also not as friendly as they could’ve been.

check in was great. beautiful location. great views from our room. The bed was so comfortable.

never had a hot shower. the water would get warm for a minute or two and would then get cold. It was like this for each shower. We wanted to use the jetted tub, but didn’t because we felt with the limited hot water, the tub water would be cold. For the price we paid for the Paradiso room, we would have expected hot water.

the staff made us feel like roalty and that is not common this day and age. Everything about SUNSET was just grand. Would recommend to anyone wanting a get-a-way.
