Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona

The location was really good and central to so many thing. The resort was beautiful and laid out nicely.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to get a hold of the front desk at all. I called it 7-8 times from the room and 3-4 times from my cell phone.

A Beautiful and comfortable establishment, that provided more amenities than I could ever use during my week. Concierge services was excellent ! Check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were professional kind respectful and radiated a welcoming spirit. The property was immaculate in design, cleanliness, and landscaping. The mountains provided breathtaking sunsets. As for the rental, the environment had more amenities than anticipated for the price. I was on the bottom floor never hearing heavy foot steps from the man above; whom Asked me if his heavy walking disturbed me. I told him I could not hear anything. He said he was surprised.

Was a very nice studio Apt. had all the amenities , stove frig micro was very clean and quiet . Had a balcony two chairs and a little table , very nice !

cant think of anything for the price that I had payed . Must keep in mind this is what I believe to be a time share but you are not obligated to do anything .

the view from our room was amazing!

upon checking in, I felt harassed by the concierge people. they kept yelling for me, when I said no Thankyou they still kept yelling for me and trying to sell me stuff. I am not on vacation to try and be sold anything while staying at a hotel. It made me not want to stay here again, and this has always been my to go to resort.

Our apartment/condo was beautiful, clean, safe. It felt like home. Our condo overlooked the golf course with a stunning view of bell rock.

On our first day after bathing I put our towels in the washer. The washer didn't work. I left a message @ 8p with concierge desk that I needed towels and I needed maintenance to come and take a look a the washer. The following morning I made a follow up call again requesting towels and service. Four hours later and 3 phone calls later someone finally showed. It was frustrating as we blew an entire morning.

The room was comfortable and in a great location. The cost for two nights with late notice was great. Pool was nice.

The concierge pitch to learn more about timeshare. The resort fee charges should just be one day on a 2 day stay as guest check in late and have to checkout by 10AM.

The porch was so nice with a great view of the golf course.

The stairs to the condo were deteriorating and the pieces of concert on top slippery. The cookie sheet and microwave were not clean. When I reported the stairs being unsafe the front desk person blew me off. Not a safe situation especially for older guests like us.

I loved the rooms had everything you needed in them. The kitchen was fully stocked, I was able to request extra bedding and the bathroom was a decent size. The location was also within great proximity to all attractions.

The only issue we had was a noise complain that could have been handled better. We traveled with children and apparantly they were making too much noise for a guest who was staying only one night. We were told to we would have to leave if the children didn't quiet down and I thought that comment to be a little extreme.

I love the rooms and it was a great rate. The property is very gorgeous and the kitchen were really really nice in the rooms. The golf course was amazing

I was really appalled by your 10 a.m. check out time. I have stayed at a lot of five star resorts and nobody has ever once had a 10 a.m. check out. Maybe a motel does, but not a 5 star resort. Especially when you can't even check in until 4 pm. It's about enjoying the property and getting what we paid for. A 10 a.m. check out is ludicrous. Then we were told that if we stayed later it would be $50 for every hour that we stayed over. That is just absolutely insane. If you want people to return to your property, you need to change your check out time and not be so stiff on late checkouts.

The location was wonderful, staff was helpful with more blankets and pillows, and they fixed the toilet. Main problem, is they said pool was heated, but it was broken, and other pool that they sadi was heated, was ice cold, but they gave me a $50 refund. So that was nice.
