Beds were comfortable, location was great close to everything but far enough to be fairly quiet.

Had reserved a king suite 10 months in advance through booking.com, upon arrival was told that they were overbooked and all that was available was a twin suite ( 2 full beds), and was also told booking.com dosent guarantee the room you book that they reserve whatever is available in a lump block of rooms. No fault of the motel. The staff worked hard and did everything they could to get us into the room we had booked by the next night.

I loved everything!! The room itself was perfect with a very large, crisp white comfy bed. Very large bathroom with the mirror to match! The kitchenette had everything you would need to make almost anything The indoor pool was so very clean & refreshing I loved it The grounds themselves where beautiful as well!! The gym was nice with everything you need including the very large TV The cleanliness was impeccable & the staff there where some of the kindest I've ever met! The front staff member named Harley definitely went above & beyond to meet all my needs, every single one, literally! He was so amazing, hardworking and efficient with everything he does and his smile never left his face! Also the maintenance man named Mark went above & beyond as well even as far as fixing my flop that I broke while at the hotel lol He was also kind enough to let me hitch a ride with him after work to the local convenient store for some snacks This hotel, the staff, the cleanliness,up to date decor with an amazing, clean pool & the several other great amenities makes it the best hotel stay I've ever had!! I highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone & everyone! 5 stars for sure!!

The staff, they where the kindest & most helpful Ive ever encountered! The hotel itself is extremely clean, up to date & fully equipped for all your needs to be met & then some Amazing establishment by far & its centrally located with lots to do, see & eat!

The room was very comfortable temperature wise. The Bed was comfortable, the sheets and comforter were very soft and there was 4 big pillows. All the appliances worked. The water faucets all worked well, and the water was hot within a minute.

Only negative experience was the last night I was there, a fellow traveler that was in the room above me, must of had insomnia and didn't realize that every time they walked across the floor they were stomping, so I ended up sleeping with ear plugs in.

Wonderful hotel and accommodations. We're in between houses and needed the comforts of apartment and this offered exactly that. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable wifi and kitchenette allowed us to get the comforts of home and work from the hotel. Most importantly, they allow dogs and our pups were happy and comfortable the entire stay; They even had a designated area for the dogs. Couldn't be happier with our stay and the front desk was helpful each time we had a question. Would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Totally surprised with everything. The friendliness of the staff was great and helpful. Room was better that several other locations we have frequented in NWA. So impressed we immediately reserved a room for our next upcoming event in Bentonville.

Hard to find an ice maker.

After changing rooms, loved kitchenette, recliner, beds are comfy. Didnt realize room we booked originally was wheelchair accessible.

The room we were original assigned was so cold, thermostat was set on 57 and took forever for it to come on. That room had no counter space in bathroom around the sink. Requested room change. Only problem with it was no silver ware in kitchenette

the man at the front desk barely responds, questions it looks like he doesn’t like interacting with people/ I think you should work on customer service specifically the receptionist

The staff. The gentlemen that upgraded our room for a larger bed size was very helpful.

The check-in process. The room key cards did not work after check-in.

Bed was very comfortable with 4 large pillows. Great channel line up on the TV. All the appliances worked. Room was clean, and there were no noticeable bad odors. Floor was quiet enough to get good rest.

None of the other entrances to the building worked to get in, with room key. Could have been a couple of bigger drinking glasses in the room. Nothing else comes to mind.
