No microwave in room. There was a common microwave station, but it's only open from 7am to 10pm. If you want to go to Disneyland early, you need to eat your breakfast before 7am and if you stay on late in Disneyland, you would need the microwave after 10pm. They should allow 24hour usage of the microwave... of at least open from 6am to 12 midnight.

It was very clean and organized I really liked the staff and they were very helpful.

what I don’t like about the property is that they don’t offer a shuttle to get to Disneyland to far away to get to the park. My Boyfriend was Injured & couldn’t walk the whole way and hurt himself.

This was an absolutely perfect location for Disney, and also not too far from Universal. There’s lots of food and shopping close by, and you can walk to lots of different places if you don’t want to drive. We loved having the pool and hot tub; it was perfect after a long day of walking. I’m not sure if we were during the off season, but the hotel and pool weren’t crowded which was nice. We were able to enjoy the sun and the water by ourselves. There’s a fridge, iron and ironing board, Keurig type coffee maker, lots of outlets, and a safe in the room, and a laundry room in the main building. We didn’t need it, but the small self checkout convenience store is so smart for anyone needing some miscellaneous items or late night snacks.

Everything was great but we really wish the microwave would have been in the room.

Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly and very helpful! Room was so comfy and clean! Pool felt great along with hot tub! There is a snack/souvenir shop that is not staffed, open until 2 am! You scan and pay for your items on the app or on their scan device. Super easy and convenient! Don't forget to rent a microwave though! Room comes with nice fridge but not a microwave! Those are $5 extra, not a bad price at all. Hotel is next to an open mall that has great coffee and restaurants! Lyft rides to/ from Disney $6. It's easy to walk to Disney, ask for directions from hotel staff as everytime our Google maps sent us on a wild goose chase. Definitely will stay at this hotel again! Everyone from check in staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and security was very pleasant and very helpful!!

Location is the best point. Quite close to Disney and close to an IHOP for breakfast. Staff were friendly. And price wasn't bad for the area.

I was surprised to see that they didn't do much to clean the rooms while we were out. Just emptying the trash cans and changing the towels. Maybe the cleaned the bathrooms as well. But the floors weren't swept the entire time we were there. Not making the beds we were explained that it wasn't their policy to make them unless we ask them to change the sheets. I guess I can accept that. The floors surprised me though.

Don't let the rough exterior fool you - this hotel is up to date and well cared for (the stucco is from the 70's). The property manager was very accommodating when we needed to switch our reservations due to a storm. The beds at first seemed firm, but found we slept well and woke up without aches and pains. The curtain was one large panel, so we didn't have the sun streaming through the center at zero dark thirty in the morning! The room was very clean and everything in working condition. The staff was very helpful and professional. Plenty of parking. The refrigerator was nice and cool when we came in, and so was the room. It was just a couple of blocks away from the freeway exit, and easy to find with clear signage, and because it is right next to the shopping mall garage entrance (although there are no left turns directly into the hotel if you come from the West, just U turn at the next traffic signal). There is a handy "Pay as you go" store next to the Check in. Some Disney items, plus drinks, snacks and other neccessities.

No microwave in the room. You can rent one for $5.00 a day, or use a communal microwave in the laundry room.

Affordable, within walking distance to park. We have a 2 and 5 year old and it is a little far after a long day at the park but we proved doable with a stroller. Clean place. Kind and understanding staff. I think you get more value than you pay for. Stayed 7 days and the days we needed the room cleaned it was cleaned well. Great parking with security walking around. Large room. Comfortable beds.

No breakfast, although that wasn't part of the stay it would be a convenient bonus. Can ne noisy at night next to Garden walk parking garage with alarms going off, engines, and loud people but afyer a long day at Disney I had no trouble sleeping through it! No elevator for top floor. If you have a stroller request a lower level room- we were glad we did. Shower and toilet in same room and very small.

It’s all about location. The room was decent but doesn’t justify the steep price. You are paying for location. The laundry facility was convenient, too.

It is a motel that is super close to Disneyland and because of that they’ll charge you premium price. I also did not like the customer service when I called to try to change dates. On the Booking website, it said that I needed to contact the hotel for any changes. I called the hotel and the person on the phone said very dryly that I needed to contact Booking. I told him that Booking said to contact the hotel, and he just repeated shortly “Contact Booking”, and that was it. Very poor customer service.

This hotel is very close to Disneyland, lots of shopping, and lots of restaurants. It's a fully functional hotel that's clean and convenient to everything I needed. I found that this hotel was the best value in the area. I'm not a big Disney freak, so I'm not about to pay Disney prices to stay at a Disney branded hotel. This is more than anyone needs, since you're probably going to be at the park all day anyway.

I have no complaints. It's exactly what I expected. I'm glad I chose this over some of the other hotels in the area.
