I liked how friendly the staff was when checking in and out of our room. The price was good especially for last minute booking. The pick up location for Disneyland was close which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels. Our room also had a stove, microwave, and refrigerator which is nice when trying to save money on meals.

The furniture was a little bit outdated and run down. The wood drawers had chippings on them. There was a cup of coffee left in our refrigerator from the previous guests. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Clean, great location, and good value. Excellent staff. Went above and beyond. They kept an eye out on my vehicle and trailer for me. Unfortunately we lost one of our pets on this trip, and the staff was excellent. Everyone kept an eye out for her, and they located her today. If you’re looking for a place to stay for Disney, I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, thanks Brittany we booked room 413 but they upgraded us to room 310. 🤍 It was very comfortable, very clean, spacious, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, it smelled clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Brittany who took care of us very well. The hotel is very close to Disney, if you take a bus (Art) in less than 15 minutes it will leave you at the entrance. And back to the hotel.

Space was huge and everything was in a good state and tidy. Bed was great and having a desk and a little kitchenette made a difference when making a pitstop during our Disneyland trip.

The building smelled a little weird. Only one elevator worked and it was a little creepy due to the state of it. Also, carpets in the hallways were a little dirty.

I enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff; they were so accommodating with questions about parking,. I also thought to easy-to-go breakfast options put out in the AM were great to eat on the way to Disneyland or to pack in your bag for later, it was extremely convenient. Also, the room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen to cook and prep food. I would stay here again for sure!

Hotel is very convenient for attending Angels games. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a bit overpriced, but I liked having the Starbucks coffee right in the lobby. Hotel bar was a fun experience; I enjoyed meeting other guests who were staying in the same hotel for the Angels/Giants game I attended. Pool and pool area were very nice (especially the hot tub).

It was close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to do! Easy to get around and not in a bad area! The staff were super kind and took time to explain every detail about my stay to me. Loved that it felt like my own place for the short time I was there. You get what you pay for and I would stay here again!

I loved the walking distance from Disneyland and if we didn’t was we could walk to the Toy Story Parking lot at take the bus to and from the parks as well. I very much enjoyed the kitchenette as I have a baby and were able to wash all the bottles in the appropriate sized sink. The staff was lovely and very friendly. And FREE parking during the day!

The staff named Michael checked us in and out, he was very conversational and professional. I called ahead of time asking if I could check in an hour early and he said they could do that. When we arrived he chatted with us about our travel and was very nice and funny. I would come back for Michael alone!

The carpet in our room was wet the whole time. I think it was because of the AC unit but it did leave a little bit of a funky smell.

Location. Large room. Clean linens. Quiet.

Refrigerator was dirty in drawers at the bottom. Freezer had a hole in it. Outside was discolored. Only one burner worked on stove. The floors in lobby needed to be cleaned!
