Very close to Disneyland. Free shuttle bus close to the hotel that takes to Disneyland. Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was very helpful. Large room size. Good size room.

Rooms a little dated Room key card lock was temperamental

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. We are coming to Disney and it is walking distance from the hotel. This hotel turned out to be ideal for us: there is parking for our car, a good breakfast is included in the price (omelet, meatballs, porridge, fruits, tea, coffee, very tasty and fresh waffles, juices, muffins), 2 very large beds in a standard room, friendly staff, everything is very clean and tidy, close to Disneyland, big enough bath, lots of towels.

I didn’t like it: strong audibility, but we were lucky all the neighbors were adequate and quiet, a bit monotonous breakfast (though these are trifles), a strange elevator - my husband wanted to delay the elevator for a woman and put his hand out, but the sensor did not work and the door continued to close and Husband almost hurt his fingers.

Was fairly good- limited hot tea selections, no yogurt, only apples & bananas first day & 2nd day only apples for fruit selection, no rye bread- only white or wheat bread, no hot oatmeal- only packages of oatmeal, no skim or soy milk- only 2% or whole milk. Thanks! Glad for the gym- used it on 2nd day for cardio- eliptical as well strengthening for arms/legs with my own bands. No dumbells/barbells/swiss ball. Thank you.

More healthy food choices, more gym options. Firmer bed pillows. More recycling options.

The rooms are nice - with cool shelves, lots of outlets and the bed is really comfy. Fridge and microwave make snacking easy. There’s a chase and side table in the room, which was comfy. The desk has a mirror. I liked doing my makeup there. the shower had good water pressure and the bathroom was spacious with lots of places to put your stuff. They have a little market in the lobby that I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. The staff are really nice.

I can’t really think of anything at the moment. We will definitely be back.

I really appreciated how clean my room was. it was very spacious and offered everything I needed at the right price. I wish I could have spent more time in the room but I was mostly at Disneyland. the bed was absolutely a dream for me. not too hard with the perfect amount of softness. I wish I had the free breakfast but I wanted to rope drop everyday. I would stay here again!

it was too far to walk to Disneyland but obviously if you drive or Uber that’s not an issue. elevators should be updated…

The hot breakfast was delicious! There were a lot of options to choose from. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a great job! Everything was kept very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We slept great every night. The A/C worked great to keep our room at the temperature we set it at. We had a double queen room, which was sufficient for our family of two parents and one teenager. Any more people would have made it a little more cramped.

The main drawback is the distance to the Disney parks. Luckily we learned that we could ride the shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot to Disneyland, even though we did not park in the Toy Story parking lot. We parked for free at the Comfort Inn Anaheim Resort, walked two large blocks to the Toy Story parking lot (on Katella and Clementine) and took the free shuttle the rest of the way to the park. We were able to go through security before getting on the shuttle, so we didn't have to again after we got off the shuttle. That was a great time saver!

We stayed here for a family trip to disneyland. After looking into all hotels in the Disneyland area, we decided Comfort Inn was best value. First of all, parking is free here. Most other hotels in the area charge 17-30 dollars a day to park. The hotel is about 1 mile from Disneyland so we drove and paid to park at Disney each day. No problem since we weren't paying to park at the hotel, it was a wash. Also, breakfast is included. I wasn't expecting much, but there was plenty! Toast, bagels, muffins, a make your own waffle station, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juice, etc. This was a huge money and time saver not having to feed the whole family once you get into Disneyland! Free breakfast for everyone and you can eat and get right on the road! Rooms are basic, but clean and functional! If you do Disneyland like we do (leaving the hotel first thing in the morning and not returning until late) I'm not sure what else you would need in a room! The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus too! The kids enjoyed a swim on the day we arrived and just before we left. Staff was helpful and friendly. This will be our go to now for our disney trips. The value is too good especially when you consider the free parking and free breakfast. It's much more cost effective than anything else in the area.

The room was a cozy and quiet and comfortable. I liked that breakfast was an option however it wasn’t excellent options. Clean and it had everything we needed for our Disney trip. Parking and check in was easy too. Staff was very pleasant.

Our shower head was broken and didn’t have much water pressure. The elevators seem old. The a/c was loud however I don’t recall a ever having a quiet one in any hotel room.

Almost every thing was fine. Great service from the whole staff. Friendly and and always helpful

I stayed over a week. When getting the breakfast the orange juice machine was down most of the days and the apple juice selection was out the whole time. My family drinks both every morning but unfortunately we didn't get to do that on our entire stay. Other than that it was great

Friendly staff, everything was very clean. Did not have that smoke moldy smell most hotels have. Dining area for breakfast was beautiful.

Fitness center was 4 treadmills, very smal. No weights at all, no mats. There was a draft in my room from the walls, not the windows, the walls. I have a picture. The heater was not good. No extra blanket already available in the room, and the blankets were not cutting it to keep me warm. I wouldn't complain if I hadn't paid so much for the room. But the price for the accommodation was not fair.
