The ground of the hotel are truly amazing, really feels like a oasis. The room is big and very comfortable, the bed is very nice and soft, great linen, bathroom was spacious and clean, nice l’Occitane toiletries. Housekeeping great and appreciated the little private patio, AC was working great (much need as it was over 100 degrees). The cool sprinklers by the pool were very welcome and lounge chairs very comfortable. Healthy breakfast.

The staff, although very nice, was a bit incompetent, looked like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Even though we knew about it, it’s a bit of a shame that there’s no F&B options after 6:30pm, not even drinks and the little options available during the day a bit pricy. It’s a shame because the grounds are beautiful and just a hiring a few more people to take care of it would make it that much better.

The room was lovely, the shower was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The grounds were fantastic. Definitely if you go the value is in enjoying the pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. They even have a mister by the lounge chairs at the pool to help keep you cool. Breakfast is good. The hotel only has 11 rooms so it fosters an intimate atmosphere.

Overall, if there was a little more pampering of the guests, it would have taken the experience to a higher level and have been more on par with the price. For example, they could have provided a free welcome bottle of wine or even water in the room. An explanation about how breakfast worked in advance would have been nice. Perhaps we missed that with late checking?. Also, why can you let guests get their own coffee? I enjoy coffee first thing and waited quite a while for our breakfast to be brought to us and even then, they forgot the coffee. Also, would be nice if someone cleaned the pool each morning from the leaves rather than the guests needing to do it themselves. For the price I think you can provide a higher level of service to your guests.

Super chic boutique hotel. The linen sheets were luxurious. The toiletries in the bathroom were very generous - full suite of face products along with L'Occitane hair products, hand soap and lotion. I loved the French vibe and finding hints of Serge, Jane and Brigitte throughout the property. The lounge area was intimate and exquisitely designed. Complimentary croissants, fruit and coffee were the perfect start to each morning. The staff was excellent - Cesar made sure we always had what we needed. The staff made sure there were always clean towels nicely rolled up on the chaise lounges. In the afternoon, we were treated to frozen grapes by the pool - such a lovely touch! The pool temperature was perfect. Great music selection playing by the pool and the volume was just right.

Just as the pictures and website describes. Due to how hip it looked I was expecting it to be full of trendy young things instagramming away but it was just couples in their 30s-50s chilling out with books when I stayed. I've stayed in a number of highly rated Palm Springs hotels and this has been my favourite so will be returning. Lots of comfy lounging options in the orchard, by the pool/pond and outside each room - more avail than the no. of guests plus sun/shade options. Although right by the road the music piped into the orchard was just loud enough to mask traffic without being too loud to relax. Frozen grapes by the pool were a refreshing treat. Continental breakfast in the garden was freshly prepared and served with a smile. The pool was clean and a good size with a nice temperature to combat the 110 degree heat. The hot tub was not too hot to spend a bit of time in late evening. Liked the fact the pool was open 24hrs. Misters were working to cool the pool deck down. We stayed in the Orchard Suite which is perfectly located in the corner of the property with direct access to the pool and orchard, including a poolside queen Cabana right outside, and a private garden area with hot tub, umbrella and lounge chairs. We used the hot tub in the evening and were able to regulate the temperature with ease. The king size bed was super comfy although the rattan bedframe creaked a lot when getting in and out. The rainshower was large and the L'Occitane products a treat. Location is a short walking distance to various eating options. We had an excellent Mexican meal at El Jefe one evening and enjoyed a snack in Sparrows Lodge garden which has lots of hummingbirds.

The environment was very nice, both indoor and outdoor! We really appreciated the design and the furniture. The staff was very polite and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there!

Although we don't have complains, the swimming pool could have been cleaned more frequently. Also, the Wi-Fi was strong indoors, but outdoors when I tried to do some meeting video calls, it wasn't strong enough to support them (Indoors and in the common 'livingroom' area, worked perfect).

The grounds are beautiful and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves staying Thursday-Friday. They let us check in really early with no extra charge, which was really kind – so we ended up getting a full 24 hour hours there. The rooms are very clean and the pool/hot tub is also well kept. This is the perfect hotel if you want a peaceful, quiet retreat.

We came previously in April 2021 and there was an amazing chef who really made the whole experience. He brought everyone drinks out to the pool and took food orders while people were lounging. He really brought the guests at the hotel together, and we were disappointed that he wasn't there anymore, but completely understand staff changes regularly. The hotel could use more food options and it feels like there isn't as much "soul" in the hotel anymore.

We were welcomed by the nicest team with a fresh glass of rosé. The hotel is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the attention to detail, everything is well thought of. The room was large and beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fresh drink. We enjoyed our breakfast: fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, croissants. All around it was a perfect week-end in Palm Springs. Thank you !

The staff was great. The grounds and pool were really charming, fire pits and cabanas a nice added bonus. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee was the best!

It is located on a major thoroughfare, so was quite noisy. The music and fountains somewhat offset the noise but there was just no getting around the loud traffic noise, especially motorcyand large trucks.

The staff, Evan, in particular was extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, with plenty of choices and good quality. The rooms were perfectly clean and beautiful decor in the Paris room!

Our stay was over a 3day holiday and the pool water began to appear cloudy by the 3rd day. The pool could have used more servicing during a high use weekend.

Everything is super nice. The staff is super friendly and being an Adults only you have little things like pool and jacuzzi access 24h. Rooms are basic but with a touch. Very relaxing environment. Very passionate.

Pool and jacuzzi cleanless. I believe the pool should have daily maintenance to remove debris and dead bugs. That's the only thing that "bug" me. The jacuzzi definitely needed to be vacuumed.
