Blanca the manager was wonderful! So kind and so sweet, she made our stay perfect! The room was super comfortable and the pool right outside. All the staff were always kind and helpful..The mood is quaint with fountains, humming birds, fire pits and plenty of relaxed seating. A place to relax and unwind. We loved sitting in the shade of the garden having breakfast. The fact it is adults only was a plus for us, and the breakfast was lovely. Great for us who don't need a big meal but European style, delicious toast/croissants, eggs, bagels and great coffee... When its hot that is perfect, then jump into the pool. Excellent!I Miss it already...we will return very soon Blanca! :) Gracias!

Many reviews describe this place as an oasis and as soon as we arrived we totally got why - the courtyard with with the pool is an inviting, lush, quiet, relaxing space with fountains and hummingbirds that you just never want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly, poolside happy hour was great and so is the coffee.

Breakfast was pretty standard, and not sure why this is listed as 5 star hotel. Don't get me wrong - we loved it, will for sure come back and the place is amazing but that star rating seems inaccurate so if you are looking for 5 starts this isn't it but that shouldn't stop you from booking there!

The accommodation is situated in a beautiful environment. It's a peaceful oasis, accessible only to adults, so there's no need to worry about noise. We interacted with three staff members, all of whom were very kind and helpful. Our room opened directly to the pool, allowing us to refresh ourselves anytime. The quality and layout of the room were perfect for two people. Breakfast was good, although I wouldn't call it continental as described. I would say it's more like an American breakfast. Overall, we received excellent service during our one-week stay. We would go back.

We were met on arrival by Alfredo who greeted us in a very friendly , charming and helpful way, showing us around and then to our delightful room which was very spacious with a super comfy bed and plenty of storage for our 7 night stay. Alfredo also explained the various facilities available to guests including the complimentary bikes . We immediately felt relaxed and pampered which continued throughout our stay. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of coffees and juices and the free parking was a great bonus . The ambience of the hotel has a special chilled and relaxed vibe . The other staff members we met during our stay were also very extremely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, a 5 minute drive to the busy and buzzy centre of Palm Springs although there were a few shops and restaurants a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs !

This place is a GEM! It is exceptionally clean, offers nice amenities, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Alfredo truly understands the essence of hospitality. During our stay, the hotel was partially booked, which created a delightfully exclusive atmosphere, as if we had reserved a mansion just for ourselves! The pool is spacious and impeccably maintained, while the hot tub and the grill area are incredibly inviting. Conveniently, there's a Ralphs store across the street where you can purchase food for a BBQ and then return to the hotel to grill! The kitchen area is fully stocked with plates, utensils, spices, and everything you might need. Moreover, the hotel serves a satisfying breakfast along with delicious coffee. It is evident that every detail has been thoughtfully attended to with love. I would absolutely love to stay there again!

None, the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Despite being smaller in size, it offers a warm and welcoming ambiance that feels like a family-owned establishment. It's refreshing to find a place that treats their guests with such genuine care and hospitality.

The property was small and private. Staff was very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations of local spots to dine and visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were even fresh cookies greeting us in the room when we arrived. The atmosphere was perfect for a getaway.

Rooms were on the smaller side, although very clean. The rooms are close to each other and the doors were glass, the screens and curtains for privacy helped.

The location suited our needs since we had our own vehicle. It is not walking distance, necessarily to the main part of town, but just a short 5-minute drive. We loved the staff, the pool area, the personal attention, the smallness and quietness of this boutique hotel. It gave a European vibe to us. Alfredo and Blanca are charming and accommodating. We love mimosas by the pool on Sunday and the breakfast each day was more than adequate. We enjoyed chatting with other guests and staff. We loved the location of our ground floor room #7. Though some reviews complained about noise, we did not experience this during our stay. Also loved free parking right at the somewhat hidden, main door entry. Our expectations were exceeded, and we plan to return in the fall.

Hotel was perfect for our needs on our weekend getaway to Palm Springs. Quiet, good facilities, convenient location. It was a perfect base for exploring Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National park, as well as being a wonderful place to relax on a sunny afternoon by the pool. Alfredo and Blance were the perfect hosts. We really enjoyed the continental breakfasts and appreciated the complimentary beverages in the room as well as the sunscreen and toiletries available. The rooms itself was lovely, we loved the shower and soaker tub and the bed was comfy too. Would visit again!

This property was our own private oasis. I cannot recommend this place enough! We truly loved the privacy, ambiance, location, complimentary bikes, the staff, this stay was bliss! Alfredo is so kind and thoughtful! We can’t wait to come back here!

We came for my birthday and didn’t realize it was Coachella weekend lol so I don’t recommend coming during that time as prices were much higher and that’s not the hotels fault lol (regardless our stay was still worth it). The bed we had was on the harder side but I think that’s a personal preference issue. Otherwise zero complaints!
