It was clean and by tons of food options and the freeway to get to other places and attractions. I felt safe and it was very clean with delicious breakfast. The staff was welcoming and apologetic when we had a power outage on the entire block for a few hours, but my room was so comfortable and nice I just slept until we got power back, it wasn’t the hotels fault.

the walls are a lil thin and check out time should be 12pm like the other locations

Nice clean room. Newer property so it wasn’t worn much. Some areas inside needed repairs. The elevator floor and walls could be cleaned more often. The property is used for workers who are working in the area. That’s the worst I could find.. Overall it is a nice hotel. Great location. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Our room was great, the bed firm but comfortable. The bed was made very well with nice sheets that stayed tucked in! The breakfast was great, especially the waffles!

The desk chair should be changed. It didn’t slide under the desk so it was always in the way so we had to move it to the corner of the room. Our shower dispensers we’re empty so I was unable to wash my hair. Had to use the soap for the sink instead. Just inconvenient.

very nice. Mary at front desk went above and beyond to take care of broken glass out in parking lot. She immediately went and cleaned up glass herself. Told another front desk clerk hours earlier and that woman did nothing about broken glass. Mary was great, friendly and professional.

Marijuana smell through the hotel, was told it was a guest that stays frequently. Staff tried to cover up smell and make it more pleasant

The hotel is new and comfortable. Room size is OK for a family with two kids. Breakfast was OK.

The furnishings seem to be quite cheep. Parts of the bathroom were already falling apart. The fridge was very loud at night. We found dirty socks under the bed, which means housekeeping was not particularly attentive.

Location was perfect, breakfast was high quality, and dining room was kept exceptionally clean and servers did an outstanding job of keeping everything stocked.

This is the first time I've stayed at this Best Western and was very happy for my one-night stay to Tahoe. Very convenient and good location. Room was large, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was varied and very good. Will definitely visit this place again.

We stayed at the hotel because the 80 highway was closed due to snow and accidents. It is a brand new hotel, very clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Too much plastic for breakfast (single use) and the room was noisy when people were in corridor.

It is ideally situated in Colfax. It is a fairly new motel. It offers good access to InterState 80. I found it offered great access to a restaurant & small supermarket in Colfax. The staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Also, it offers solitude & serenity for the traveler.

My train was 12 hours late. I arrived in Colfax at midnight, the staff graciously came and picked me up at the Amtrak station because there no other way for me to get to the hotel. Service above and beyond!
