Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Starbucks on the property.

No real breakfast or evening reception. Pool still closed. Yet bar was open and you could pay for drinks. Not sure how Covid affects free drinks versus bought ones. Thought that was odd. No room service. The breakfast was a boxed one and not very good. No milk, juice or coffee available. Except for purchase via Starbucks. The state is open as far as Covid restrictions. It’s time to get back to normal. I’m not sure why this hotel is so behind. Perhaps it’s staffing but if they were fully open and short staffed most people recognize that and give grace.

So beautiful and refreshing. the atrium was a dream. The staff was very pleasant and patient. The breakfast was wonderful!

The sofa and chair and some section of the carpet in our room were soiled. it was very expensive for parking, one night was $30 and they charged what the call a suite tax on top of our regular fees and taxes.

Registering, Happy Hour went well. Cooked breakfast was out of the question...line to long. Breakfast hour should be extended to 9:30 am...it was rushed.. Parking was expensive and hard to get back to the lobby Internet was not the greatest

Breakfast is good, but you need to have time to wait in line for the cook to order breakfast. If you don't wait, it is just a classical breakfast. We liked the drinks after 5pm.

There was a terrible noise in our room, like an engine starting and stopping all the time.

I like the setup for the omlet readiness and easy self serve breakfast choices. Very well prepared.

The additional parking fee got me by surprise. As high end as Embassy Suites is, I thought parking was included with stay. I paid 30$ for 1 night parking, I was only staying 1 night. If I was staying more than a few days I can understand paying for parking. But 1 night, that should have been included.

The bathroom shower bottom part leaked a little and some of the rings holding the curtains are very rusted. AC did not cool the room in a consistent manner would get cold for a bit then warm up quickly.

I didn't like the $30 a night charge for parking, it doesn't state that when booking and the receptionist barely mentioned it while checking in. I can see maybe a one time charge but if you're there for multiple nights it adds up pretty quick and seems excessive. Housekeeping only comes if you request it, should be everyday.

Loved the lobby and breakfast. Happy hour and snacks were great too. The bedroom was comfy.

Wished there was a hot tub, but mostly we were not happy to find out that parking was $33 a day. Our bill ended up being an extra $66

Beautiful hotel. Even the children commented. Easy to navigate.

Parking. Surprised that hotel parking was full upon return from event. Never had this happen before. Glad that space was available next door at a price. Hope the hotel removed my parking fee since I had to pay in two locations.

How the hotel looks is a amazing, I was shocked how small modifications can change the look and feel of a location. The rooms was comfortable and clean, and the location was great for site seeing around the neighboring cities.

I’m unsure if it was because of COVID regulations, but housekeeping did not come during my stay. The room location at first was difficult to find because it is in a corner area that didn’t have any signs to go there.
