I loved that it has a Starbucks and also the bar and pool table. the fitness room fantastic equipment and the pool area is so nice. I thought it was great that the flight info showed in the lobby.

the foosball ball was missing ! but the ping pong , swings and chess were so fun that it made up for it. I hope on our next stay the foosball ball will be there the rugs in the hallway were a bit dusty near the conference rooms. but I’m very sensitive to dust. we didn’t attend any meetings but just had walked through to take a look. the breakfast was a bit pricey , but the Starbucks (fast ) was fantastic. the location is actually ok , but you need to drive out just a bit then there’s a lot of restaurants nearby

I loved everything with my stay except the price for the room. I expected the room to be bigger and the beds were smaller than I imagined as well. The beds had to be a full size where I expected them to be Queen. Besides that I loved every part of my stay.

Our room was very clean. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and seemed to be very nice and helpful. The heated pool was great for our children.

The elevators were extremely slow. The prices were a little high, especially parking for $39 a night.

The set up was beautiful. Nice pool nice entertainment area.

The bathroom didn’t have a lock, and the shower didn’t have curtains. The guy that closed the pool was very rude. and I believe the parking should be free because you already paying high price for the room.

It was very sweet that they treated us to the m club as newly weds. The staff was amazing. It was easy for our ubers to come and pick us up. We were so impressed we joined the Marriott club. We can't wait to come back.

Don't change a thing

I had to book a stay due to emergency surgery I had while visiting OC and from the start the stay was comfortable and the staff were so accommodating and kind. The hotel was very busy with families and sports teams from out of town and the local pilots from SNA. Nonetheless, the hotel was always clean and spotless and when we requested anything it was always taken care off for us right away. This helped me heal with peace of mind as I could barely walk. The one downside is that there was no laundry on-site and I was advised by the staff that the nearby Courtyard would allow us to use their laundry. I did some shopping and decided the laundry would have to wait until I got home to Chicago. Life happens and I’m glad I found a comfortable and clean space to recover.

room was perfect size for my family. I booked my room through booking.com but when i went to check in my room was cancelled however I never cancelled it. Luckily there were plenty of rooms and I was able to get a walk up reservation. employees were very nice and helpful.

The food and service at the restaurant was excellent! The food was great, the teriyaki tofu and the bang bang cauliflower was great. Our servers were kind and accommodating. We had a party of 14 one evening and they handled us very professionally. The hotel us very family friendly. There are lots of things to do throughout the lobby and pool area to keep everyone busy. We had a great time. I highly recommend the Irvine Marriott.

WiFi was hard to connect to and kept dropping service. It seem very insecure. We kept getting notice on our phones that we were connected to a insecure network. The parking situation was confusing if I went to my car without my room key I had to pay. I did get a refund. The ATM machine was out of money when I tried to use it. Everything else was excellent. Thank you.

noise from freeway, also requested late checkout as Im a nurse needing to sleep - twice housekeepers tried to come in room. no communication from front desk to EVS regarding late checkout status

Gym and pool facilities are brilliant. Well priced for the standard of the hotel.

Having to ask reception to have the room made up. The carpark used by non-guests flying from the nearby airport meant guests have to search for a car park. Should have reserved hotel spaces.
