Exellent helpful staff, amazing facilities, convenient location and so much comforting rooms. Everything you need for long stay like kitchenette , cooking facility, large refrigerator, closet, bathtub etc. Excellent laundry facility and fitness centre with high quality exercise machines I enjoyed my stay and would surely stay here again . Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for shorter or longer hotel stay in Santa Ana/Tustin

I dont think there is anything specifi that i have any complaints with but if possible they would add breakfast meal option as well

Great value: clean room with a kitchen, parking available for $7 a day, great location (near the freeway and lots of restaurants and grocery stores). The people at the desk were all very nice and helpful. I will come again!

only thing missing is a swimming pool!

We liked the property it was really clean and it was really close to everything from Anaheim, Santa Ana, and Irvine. The property and everything around it was really quiet and cozy.

The only complain we have was the one lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude.

Security is a bit loose. Front door open all the time without any locking control. Anyone can access to the property. Elevator is not restricted to the customers only.

The one staff, I forgot her/his name. No professional manners. Acted as if he/she was paying for my stay. No room service. Only every 7 days. Went to ask for clean towels and gave them my used one. And the person started eyeing/inspecting the towels! A little weird.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was free which is a plus. We were there for a quick weekend so we didn't utilize the kitchen as much as we would have liked to. Having a bigger refrigerator always helps as well. Parking was also free.

A lot of places offer free breakfast but the value for what we're paying we can grab or own breakfast a short ways away.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the place was very spacious. The hotel was set up very nice and it was a nice place to say.

Some improvements that the hotel could make is to put a better curtain in the shower. I also wish I did not have to pay for parking per day at the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Free laundry. Had a gym. TV had a wide selection of channels. Staff were nice.

No pool. Talked to the ladies in the laundry room seems like a lot of people that got evicted from their apartments stay here for months some years. The bathroom downstairs was locked and told by those ladies and the front desk that the homeless people come in at night to use the laundry and the bathroom so they just lock the bathrooms. I didn’t see any though but it did make me a little uncomfortable.

Our closet clothes rack broke and it took a week to repair it. Rear security door kept breaking. Cars were broken into.
