Over the last year we have traveled throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Granted, it was in a higher price range, but it far exceeded any other facility at which we have stayed. The room was absolutely wonderful, as were the choices at the breakfast. It is also in an excellent location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again myself.

Since the hotel was quite booked, it was a little hard to find parking on a Saturday night. Everything else was wonderful!

The room is large with a kitchen and plenty of space for three. Excellent bathroom, linens, work area. The breakfast was a good value. The area is dull but safe, quiet and it is a quick 10-minute drive to Newport Beach--and it is a nice contrast to the gritty places one will find at same price point close to the beach. We would return.

There was a diner style place right next door but one has to get in the car to go to a restaurant.

Staffs are all very friendly and kind. They are ready to help customer at any time. I enjoyed staying at the hotel and would like to stay there again during my next visit.

There is free coffee at lobby but it would be great if they take order of different typed of beverage such as iced latte, cold brew, fruit juices and etc. for business meeting or small chat among families and friends.

Staff were amazing, if you ask they can provide birthday 🥳! I am going back again next summer. Location is perfect if planning to visit laguna beach and balboa peninsula

the property was very clean and quiet despite being so close to the airport. the staff were all very friendly and the free breakfast was great! There were even options for my daughters who are on strict gluten- free and vegan diets. we also loved the coffee options in the room.

I would’ve loved a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 5 but none were available.

Not the tastiest, but can’t pass up free

No housekeeping came on 2nd day, we requested on Sunday, but housekeeping is not available in Sunday’s, we did put our trash in hallway for pickup and we did receive extra towels we requested

Well, the breakfast wasn't my expected. Even not same with in Website. But I just thinking it may temporarily to avoid of crowd in buffet area

clean, safe and great staff.

The room was clean and fully stocked. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Also, the location is very accessible to many recreations.
