Clean and new. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious!

$20 daily parking fee is ridiculous. Never had to pay for parking at a non-downtown hotel before! Breakfast food can be improved…Stayed for 8 nights and bacon was only served once. Also, the eggs were the same fake scrambled daily which was gross. Cheese Omelettes would be a good on alternate days at least. The biscuit ‘n gravy was horrible. Also, hot and cold water should be available in lobby at all times.

Loved the complimentary breakfast selection. Great pool and outdoor area.

My journey from Australia was 20 hours and I arrived to the US with an 18 hour time difference. I arrived to the hotel early - when a room became available (several hours ahead of the check-in time) I was informed I could go to the room if I paid an early check-in fee of $45. I explained I was utterly exhausted from the trip, and asked if I could just go to the room. But the reply was that I had to pay the fee. So I sat in the lounge for another 2 or so hours waiting for the clock to strike the official check-in time. I was with you for 4 nights and a simple gesture on arrival would have been welcomed and sincerely appreciated.

The property was clean and the room very comfortable. I particularly liked the kitchenette with dishwasher. The laundromat on the premises was a bonus. The staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

The carpets in the bedroom. I think the carpets must be steam cleaned, or removed or replaced because it had a foul smell, which I didn’t like.

The staff is well trained and very friendly. I love the accommodations here because they feel like studio apartments. The cute little kitchenette is fully stocked with everything from utensils to a set of pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, a dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator! Breakfast was delicious with a variety of different foods. In the courtyard you will find a nice sized pool and a lounge area with a cozy outdoor firepit. They even have a basketball court next to the parking area. Walmart is only 2 minutes away and offers all the grocery items you will need. The District is right across the street with many different restraunts, Costco, shops, and an AMC movie theater.

Some of the rooms are facing the powerlines on Barranca Parkway but I believe the vast amenities and great location make up for that.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Genuinely kind and willing to go above and beyond to improve the experience. The room was so comfy and quiet and the perfect size with everything I needed.

There were a few free weights missing in the fitness center, and the water fountain had really low pressure. Otherwise it was great and way better than most comparable hotels.

It was spacious as its description. They provided paper towels and dish washing liquid! Other places we had stayed at didn't. They have decent areas for pets to do their business. The staff is friendly and accommodated.

We heard sounds (doors closing, people walking...) outside our room were much louder than we expected.

The room was fantastic! It smelled so clean and fresh and we could all watch different shows if we wanted on the 3 TVs. All the staff was so polite and accommodating when we needed extra towels, etc.

The channel guide was always wrong lol! Also, the breakfasts were good but you need some way to keep the hot foods at least warm.

Packing costed $20 per night which was really expensive , most other hotel don't charge for packing Breakfast was good , quite a lot of different options , room was nice and clean and big

Parking is too expensive

Very clean property, comfortable bed and spacious room. I stayed in a queen suite which had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and basic kitchen ware and utensils,coffee maker and coffee supplies. streaming from TV and good closet space, nice bathroom with separate dressing area, and also sofa and seating area. good lighting with USB slots on bedside lamps. parking $10.

wow! this has been one of the best hotel stays i’ve ever had! came for a one night stay with my partner for our anniversary and this team went above and beyond to make our night special!! 100% will be coming back and recommending this hotel to anyone in the area!

my only complaint, i wish their breakfast hours were longer. 6:30am-9:30am during the week, but as someone who wakes up late, would have loved s little longer window for breakfast. but no other issues!! fabulous place!!
