BREAKFAST WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

THE SETUP CAN BE MORE HYGIENIC. THE FOOD IS OUT IN THE OPEN AND ANYONE WHO COUGHS OR SNEEZES WHILE GETTING FOOD MAY COMPROMISE THE FOOD. THE SHOWERS ALL HAVE A BATHTUB, WHICH IS DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE WITH LIMITED MOTION IN THEIR LEGS. A WALK-IN SHOWER IN SOME ROOMS WITH TWO BEDS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

The location was nice. About 10 min from everything I had planned for the weekend. The drinks were good. Food wise I would give it a 7 out of 10. my gf and I felt the food was cooked well. The texture was nice. In our opinion it needs more flavor. Then I realized from eating at nearby restaurants this weekend, Alot of the food choices we had were bland. We ate at 5 different locations, including the restaurant in the hotel and only 1 place provided the flavor we like when it comes to food. All the drinks we had this weekend we're on point. No argument there.

My gf did not sleep to well. She felt the bed was more on the hard side.

Staff was amazing dealing with construction & confused travelers. Appreciated their positive attitudes.

Extensive construction was ongoing in many of downstairs common areas, during day.

When I arrived for check-in the Front Desk made it clear that House Keeping would not change the sheets or put new towels unless requested; which I understand as part of the continual pandemic spiral. I noticed the bed sheets for one of the Queen Beds was soiled and after notifying the Front Desk and being told House Keeping would resolve the issue; which they never did. Ultimately I used the other Queen Bed in the room. Breakfast offering was a complete joke!

Location is everything. Restaurants close by and hotel awesome Restuarant and shops. Room was great with good multimedia

They were amazing after another hotel canceled my reservation for no reason. Asked for more towels and for them to take my trash and they were amazing at doing so.

I've stayed here quite a few times over the years because my parents live near by and it has always been good to me. hopefully just a hicupp this last stay.

I called for extra pillows and new towels on the first morning of our stay and I came back late at night to no pillows and toiletries not towels. when I called to see what happened to my request I was told they didn't have either because the hotel was fully booked. I had been running around all day doing things with family and just wanted to come in and sleep hence why we called and asked in the morning before we went out for the pillows.

Close to SNA and a very prompt shuttle. Our room was quiet and the king size bed very comfortable. The restaurant staff was always friendly and welcoming and all wore a mask.

The mask policy was very random. At check-in both hosts were not masked but at least they were behind a plastic shield. The next morning all staff in the lobby were masked. Sunday morning there was some kind of large Christian gathering in the lobby and not a mask in sight.

the beds was comfortable. Very clean hotel. you can never go wrong in a Hilton.

I wish the parking situation was a little better. The design in the basement was awful... the exit isles were not clearly marked and people were parking in them, preventing others from getting out. The overflow parking, did not feel safe and was also very limited. No on-site washer and dryer, that was a little disappointing. :(
