Clean, newly remodeled room, very comfortable bed and pillows! Also appreciated Chris who welcomed us when we arrived, assisted us with check in and helped to arrange a late make up of our room during one day of our stay. Chris was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful and made us feel very welcome!!
The parking fees seem a bit steep and one day our room key wouldn’t work to let us in and out of the parking garage so they had to make us new ones.

The staff, the hotel and property are fantastic
Couple of little things. 1. Several cars were parked overnight , and in one case well into the next day, in the 15 minutes parking yet I paid $27 to park in the garage. Bad look at best, incredibly not fair at worst. 2. Ice machine wasn’t working. Covid ? Could be. Let me know ahead of time so I don’t have to go downstairs again. 3. The one , yes one, plastic cup that was supplied had a crack in it. Another trip to the lobby. 4. Only 2 packets of sugar ? A third trip to the lobby I should’nt have to make.

My daughter brought breakfast up to the room in boxes and I thought oh no this will be awful but it was one of the best that I’ve had in a long time. Hot, tasty and perfect portion size. Loved it.

the room was nice. I liked that there was a front room that could be closed off from the bedroom and that there were two televisions. the pool area was nice a clean as well as the restaurant.
the bed was too soft. no microwave in the room. draft under the door.
