The fact that it was very spacious,and the bathroom was big and handicapped equipped, not that I am a handicapped but it’s a nice feature.

I do y have anything bad to say about the place . The o my thing was my wife and I were concerned because there was water oozing from the floor in front of the cinc, we thought we dropped some water so we wiped it out,but then 10 min later I went to get some water from the fridge and there it was a puddle of water in the same spot so since it was past 2 am we decided to wait till we left and talk to the receptionist, and she send someone immediately.

Everything was ok. It is just if i need something i reach out to front desk and they are very helpful and always available with a smile. The location is good but a little far from the restaurants and shops which you can go by car or Uber. I went to the other hotels to see the condition of their room and kitchens, this is best amongst 2 others located nearby, take my words. It is also in a quite location.

The room was clean. It had a gym and a sales point to get basic items like toothbrush , hand cream etc. and ohh it gave out free coffee . Would be nice if they had some food cafeteria . would save people from going out of the suite to look for food.

The reclining chair was nice, the kitchen had the necessary utilities, the television was also very nice and mobile. The staff was amazing and friendly, and were available even late into the night. The air conditioner was really convenient, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was also really easy to have food delivered to the room, which was nice to be able to stay in.

There was a lot of noise/beeping from the parking lot behind the building at around midnight every night, the lighting is very cold (very white/blue, somewhat like a hospital room), it would be nicer if the lights were a little warmer.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff is super friendly, the hotel has a great location, and has a great value for money. We never went to the gym provided, however, it looked very clean and neat.

The Hotel's policy that the housekeeping is only every 7 days is a little bit weird. However, we were staying for only two nights so we didn't really need it. Just beware of that in case you are staying longer.

Having a kitchen was nice and free parking. It was near stores and restaurants.

The room was a bit outdated

Kitchen is petite but is just enough space, and it is equipped with a few essential equipment like a pot, a few plates and utensils so you don't have to bring your own. Liked the good size refrigerator and in-room microwave. Staff was very friendly as well. I also was happy that they allow pets, even if for a fee.

No smart tv apps on the TV, but the TV in-room does come with full satellite channels

The front desk has two ladies who where very difficult to work with. A young gentleman had very good customer service. I changed hotels based on the negative experience with the other two front desk associates

AC kicks off with a loud sound, and I wish there were water bottles available like there usually is at other places.

the staff was very accommodating! lent me a phone charger and made the room better suited for my friend who was having surgery next door.

the smell upon entering the hotel smelled like a hospital or nursing home
