The room was absolutely incredible, I did not expect it to be that spacious and full of facilities like a full size fridge and a cooking hob. The bathroom and shower areas also were very spacious and more than I expected, I particularly appreciated the size of the shower cabin. Last, but not least, I was extremely well taken care of upon my very early arrival, being able to drop my bags off, and later a the moment of check-in. Also, when I departed, I was assisted with finding a rideshare to LAX, which I truly appreciated.

The entire hotel was nice, clean, and modern. Lots of safe parking (for additional $12 a night). Very easy to navigate through the entire hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast was delicious. The room was extremely nice, it had a large kitchen with a fridge, an office desk, king bed incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean and modern.

The pullout sofa bed was a bit springy but otherwise this was a perfect stay!

I liked how spacious the room was, and that we had a full size refrigerator and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Too many guests leaving it a mess without enough staff to keep up with it. Otherwise, all was good.

Our rooms were modern, spacious, bright, and clean. Lloyd and Julian were awesome with their assistance making service excellent.

Door stops available in the closet to hold the doors open for the adjoining rooms would have been helpful. And the bathroom toilet paper holders angling upward instead of downward would be better.

The hotel was very nice.

The booking allowed me to select a roll away bed. When I got there, there wasn’t one in the room. I called the front desk. The staff told me it wasn’t an option for this hotel and then sat there in silence without offering a suggestion or even apologize for the booking error.

New, well kept hotel. Big suites have everything. Sound isolation is great, even being close to highway can't hear it at all. Staff is nice and friendly. Good internet. Laundry on site. Next to a big food court and close to everything else. Great for the price.

Having to pay extra for parking and good internet

The room was clean and spacious and clean. The Wifi worked well in the room. The breakfast each morning had a variety of delicious choices.

There was a $12 charge per day for parking.

Beautiful new hotel that's very comfortable and convenient location right off the freeway. A lot of attention to detail in the design and furnishing. Restaurants within walking distance. Convenient parking garage with reasonable prices...we paid $7 per night when other hotels were an outrageous $25.

Only negative for us in the room was we would have liked dish soap to do our few dishes we used. Hardly an issue! Would have liked some more fruit and veggies choices at breakfast.

Great place to stay with kids! Very nice and yummy breakfast with wide range of products. Big rooms and great swimming poll! The location is very good.

The coffee at the entrance sometimes was cold.

Clean and friendly! The room was so spacious and comfortable.

Never found a light switch for the bathroom that was just for the toilet/shower room. This means you have to turn on the lights in the sink area which is open to the bedroom. Hence going to the bathroom at night you either fumble in the dark or wake up your partner with bright lights.
