I have stayed here before the reason I really liked it was because it’s a very quiet hotel. I put your hotel again because I had eye surgery and I needed a quiet place to stay I was close to the surgical office I also asked for help when I left to put my luggage in my car since I was unable to to lift anything heavy they took care of me. I recommend this hotel at any time thank you for always caring

Everything is perfect

The staff at the front desk and for the restaurant/bar were exceptional. I left something in the restaurant and the bartender gave it to the front desk for me to retrieve in the morning. FYI: when I booked the hotel, I hadn't realized there would be food service in the lobby in the evenings, and it was a nice bonus that kept us from having to find a place to eat after driving all day. Dinner and breakfast were both well-prepared.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable! Convenient location, just 15-25 min from many great beaches. I highly recommend Crystal Cove for an easy paved walk overlooking the ocean, right next to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.

The extra parking charge was a surprise but I may have missed it somewhere.

The pool is heated, jacuzzi very nice. Family friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar is amazing for breakfast and dinner. Loved the happy hour at 4:30 to order food for kiddos in the pool! And the quick snack area they have aside from the restaurant was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

I'm not sure if it's like this every night but I was there on Saturday night and the bar turned into like a nightclub that was tons of people everybody having a great time myself included but the best part is before that I hit the pool first time since the pandemic one of the cleanest pools I've ever been in same for the hot tub and I had the whole thing to myself for 45 minutes really couldn't have asked for anything more

I must have got the last room cuz I was a far as far away from the elevator and you could get all the way at the end of the Hall 🙂

Very clean and close to my destination. Except for our experience when checking in, we found the rrst of the staff very professional and helpful.

We didn't feel welcome upon arriving.The young man at the reception was rushing us through, speaking very fast and couldn't wait to send us off! We should have asked to speak to management as we usually enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit family.

Everything was just great which is how a HOTEL should be EXCEPT, it can do without the “knocking/checking” of rooms for those CHECKING OUT. Your guests do know your check out time!

Clean spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff.

I was allocated a room at the fifth floor. The room was vibrating and a sound of working machinery is continuous. That was because of the air conditioning machines on the roof.

Breakfast was good, but felt that you could not get up to get more fruit or muffins. The waiters were a bit too controlling. Especially when you had a yellow ticket. The waiters way to controlling. Overall still good.

Convenient location. Friendly and efficient staff. Room was very clean, quiet and well-furnished. Felt very safe for single female traveling alone. Plenty of free parking on site. Did not have breakfast but it looked like a popular option.
