The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to take care of our needs and answer all our questions. We were able to check in early and they were able to provide us a ground floor room as we had requested. My wife had broken her ankle and needed to use a walker to get around and a wheel chair when the walker would not work due to distance needing to be travel. Actually we had stayed at this facility years ago when it was Candle Wood Suites. Our house had water damage and we stayed there for 3.5 months while it was being fixed. So it was like visiting an old friend. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely courteous, warm and personable making it an enjoyable stay.

Room had some items broken. When we entered room the fridge was off (discovered breaker box open and the breaker for the kitchen was off - fridge went back on when I switched the breaker on). In the bathroom the towel rack was loose from the wall (could see screws holding it in, it was that loose). The security lock was also loose (looked like someone had tried to push in door). Also, housekeeping tried to get into room at 10am (11am checkout). No, we forgot to put out the sign, but still.

Location is really good, easy to get to interstates and main roads and plenty of food options nearby. The apartment size is pretty decent, including the kitchen. Laundry facilities were good!

Our kitchen was not fully equipped. Second bed available in the living room area sits on the floor, not super comfortable. No breakfast available.

This was a really nice place. I asked the front desk if we could have the top floor because I'm a light sleeper, they were very accommodating. The room had everything and the bed was super comfy. This will be our go to hotel for when we return to this area.

Rooms had a weird smell but fixed by opening window.

Great layout and the room and bathroom were very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Our room had a full size refrigerator, small 2 burner stove top and a microwave. Dishes for 2 were provided. Awesome value!

Since the towels were white, I always welcome a packet of make-up remover! Breakfast was not included with our room, coffee pot and coffee were in the room but unfortunately, there were no condiments like creamer. The location was a little out of the way but still acceptable for our needs.

My boyfriend, our dog and I stayed here and made our way up to the beach. We LOVE Sonesta! Since staying here we have chosen to stay at the other Sonesta's in Different Areas like Huntington Beach. The Best Staff, the most amazing rooms that have everything you need! It is so hard to find places that have the Kitchenette and comes fully stocked and this place has it all! Plus the Pet Fee isn't to much. We have stayed at Sonesta a bunch of times. They do have a rewards program, I signed up but I always forget since go through booking. If you need rooms that are spacious for you and your pets and don't always love to eat out this place is the place for you! Plus they have laundry rooms, and more for their guests.

Everything. The one bedroom suite met all of my needs. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal or reheat restaurant leftovers. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked beautifully. I used the laundry facilities for free. I printed off a document for free. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The police patrol the grounds several times day and night. My room was clean, quiet and cozy. In addition, I felt safe. This facility was very close to everything. I have spent two weeks total at this facility. I will be spending more time there in the future.

I liked everything regarding my stay. I have no complaints.

The disposable coffee cups could have been bigger. I am a coffee drinker, and I took 2 cups of coffee with me, and that wouldn't even have been 1 regular to go cup I pack for myself every day.

Location and room layout and amenities were great, bed was very comfortable, and a quiet location. A great place for a remote worker.

Refrigerated dated. New screen on window need. Missing a few dishes and glasses. I prefer sink sponge not cloth. Could have used a supply of trash bags.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't hear other guests through the walls.

Although the hotel is close driving distance to many things, including the Five Point Amphitheater, which is why we chose it. We would love to be closer walking distance to restaurants and bars.
