We loved the location near the walking trails and waterway. Very calm and pretty in the mornings. You are close to the GG bridge and San Fran without being too close to all the noise of the city. You are also very close to Muir Woods and other great trails that side of the bridge. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The gym was sufficient as well. We enjoyed the small garden area outside our sliding glass doors. The pool area looked fun too but it was too cold to swim on our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Getting extra sheets and pillows was a little challenging but the staff did their best. They just seemed a little short staffed at the time. The check in was smooth and the check out process was even smoother.

Everything was exceptional. The kind staff that tried to help in every way, the warm breakfast, and the clean and oversized rooms. We will be staying here every time we visit.

The room keys were terrible. They rarely worked, and it was a running joke amongst all the guests in the hotel. We had several guests each day standing in line, trying to open doors, hallways, and rooms or trying to get into their entry area. The keys wouldn't work. I had to get two new ones, and my sister had to get one. Otherwise, all was lovely.

This hotel appears to be very new. All areas I encountered, lobby and my room, were exceptionally clean. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and beautiful!!! Nice walking path alongside hotel. Very nice sports bar/restaurant right next door. Shampoos/soaps/lotions provided were Dove products!! Nice

The bathroom and vanity were too small for two people. We could hear every step the people made in the room above us. There didn’t seem to be any insulation in between rooms.

I love the heated pool and hot tub, great for adults or kids. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is really good, there were eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, bagels and cream cheese, cereal, yogurt, and more! The restaurant next door is also good. The hotel is close to the city, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach, so it’s an affordable option for those visiting the Bay.

Great Location and value for what you paid for..staff were nice, rooms are clean, breakfast is good tho area is a little tight. Raul made it exceptional by being on top of everything making sure everything was filled, no wait for guests, and keeping everything clean specially on busy times! Had a really pleasant breakfast experience

Bathroom is small but doable.

very nice location. super relaxing and quiet after days spent in san francisco. we were in financial district in less than 20 minutes by car. extra ordinary room service - super clean and room is done daily. breakfast as always in holiday inn express cool with kids. heated pool and hot tub with towels. definitely a recommandation

Perfect location to go to the beach or Muir woods. Easy access to the highway without the highway noise. Great view of the mountains and access to a trail that goes along the Marsh. Very convenient: - Many entrances and exits from different sides - Parking spots in front of the room's window - Hot water and coffee in the hallway - Decent microwave and fridge/cooler in the room

Sound insulation could be better - the walls are very thin. The in-room bathroom doesn't have great ventilation.

I loved the location, it was close to my sons' apartment. The breakfast selection was great, I loved the coffee. I am a coffee person. The room was lovely! I loved the Dove supplies in the restroom as well. Thank you Holiday Inn.

I really can't think of anything, except for maybe bags for dirty clothes.

Comfortable beds n pillows. Large room. . Free parking. Excellent breakfast !! Good walking trail along bay edge close by. Quiet. No resort fee. Good heater n ac. Quiet requested at 10 pm by management.

Well..there is the high tide affecting back parking area! So park near office!

The breakfast was generous, the staff helpful and approachable, the beds comfortable, the room clean

The lock on the door was difficult, did not always respond to the card and the door handle did not always disengage even when the light was green. Room was on the 2nd floor near garbage cans, so noisy in the early hours.
