This is a hidden gem! We were just looking for a place north of the GG bridge because our flight to SFO landed late enough that we didn't want to drive the 5-6 hours home that night...but we were so impressed by the facility, the cleanliness, updated decor, extra unexpected services like a safe in the room...The linens were superb. Soft fluffy towels and enough of them (4!--which rarely happens even in larger hotels). It is pet friendly, though we didn't have our beloved canines with us. There is a dog run. Woodland Market, across the street, is an amazing place, unlike any market I have ever seen before--pricey but perfect food...Very friendly young man who checked us in, and check in was super fast and straightforward so we got a good night's sleep before heading out in the morning.

More car chargers would have been nice. Not expected, but the world is changing and it is harder to find chargers as more of us have EVs. There is only one elevator and we arrived late, so couldn't park near it (my husband has severe mobility problems).

Location was excellent & the staff in particulate Jeff at the front desk who was top notch all the way & provided us w 5-star customer service even if he was all by himself checking guests in & out all weekend! Room could use some updating & minor repairs but bed was comfortable tho pillows were rock hard! Room was clean. AC worked well! Would stay again but ask for softer pillows!

Pillow were soooo hard & uncomfortable could’nt sleep first night. Room needs some updating & some minor repairs plz! Gym was very very sad!!

The hotel is located in Tiburon, right down the street from the restaurants, bars and Angel Island Ferry. I liked how clean and modern our 3rd floor room was, with a view of the mountains. The tiny elevator reminded me of ones in France, so I tried to take the stairs as much as possible. If you have a disability, I recommend requesting a downstairs/ground floor room. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that the the hotel provided robes.

I felt sorry for the front desk staff. There was always just one person working the front desk trying to do everything. They need to hire more people. The pool was broken. Also, the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until later, so we were thankful that the French Bakery was open for coffee & breakfast down the street.

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a great view. During our stay, we ran out of body wash, but they quickly replaced it when we gave them a call. The room was cleaned frequently and the location is amazing. Right outside San Francisco.

I didn't like that they didn't serve any breakfast. They have a restaurant on the first floor, but the food is very expensive. I recommend to get the hawaiin pizza, definitely worth the price. The other foods, not so sure.

The upstairs occupants were noisy - it's as if they crossed the room in a foot race - very late - shd've called, but didn't. The concierge, Jeff, was wonderful. Efficient, courteous, professional and has a good sense of humor as well. The Lodge is lovely, the grounds, and although we didn't use the bar or restaurant, enjoyed the whole area - very pretty. Also, surprised with the wine bar in the afternoon. Thank you very much

When we were in the room off the lobby, with the terrible wind, the front door was left open. Very cold.

Excellent location, walking distance to the ferries to either San Francisco or Angel Island, as well as dining, grocery store, bakery, and some great shops. Free parking. Great outdoor seating options for enjoying the nice weather. It felt like a “hidden gem”-kind of place.

It was a bit noisy in the morning as people were leaving their rooms (as we slept in); the walls and entrance doors are on the thinner side. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but could be a problem for others. Also, there was no bathroom fan.

the location is great, close to restaurants, the ferry, and walking along the waterfront and little downtown area. Free onsite parking, free bike rental, and coffee and tea in the lobby all day. We enjoyed the pool and many patios on the property. There is a restaurant onsite but I am told it is pricey. Jeff, the front desk guy, was friendly and accommodating.

It is a pretty penny for a standard room and they charge an additional resort fee when you arrive. The layout is a bit confusing and there were no towels at the pool, but its clean and comfortable. The body wash and shampoos in the bathrooms smelled rotten (first world problems), we might stay again on a stopover to angel island.

Loved the location. This is the first time I've felt that I got value out of a resort fee. The cabanas at the pool were great and they have the bikes for free to use and the wine during the week is great in the evening. Also, they have lots of places to hang out and enjoy the quiet of Tiburon. Food in the area including the hotel was VERY pricy but very good and I think it is the first place we have ever been where when my husband asked if they had gluten free toast and they said "certainly." Also free parking so once we parked it was ferry and feet and lots to enjoy on Angel Island.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, but we definitely paid for what we got. So it was expensive, but there was value for the dollar.

We arrived early and were given a room right away. It was on the ground floor and had a small curtained outside area which was delightful. Room was well laid out and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Very relaxing place to stay.

The lodge used to have free hot cookies; it would be nice to see those come back.
