We loved location, restaurant and room. That they actually, heat their pools. Why, we do Hilton Hotels.

Just the lady checking us in. Mumbles. Heavy, tall black hair with bangs, shoulder length hair. No smile, hard to hear. I asked her for wine,.and snacks three times. She said, get it over there. Hard to hear and understand her. There needs to be a pleasant customer service training. Make guests feel welcome and not that we are putting her out. We did expect better gardens. Love places with flowers and better landscape. Does look outdated. Balcony of 300 not very nice. But I'd come again.

I booked multiple rooms for a family vacation. The staff was excellent- super easy check in and answered all of our questions/concerns. The kids loved the pool and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel is very accessible to Monterey. One of my nephews accidentally left a gaming device behind and when we called to inquire about it they were able to locate the device and send it back to us! I found the rooms to be clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling with family.

The rooms could use some updating. More than one fire pit in the outside area would be nice- we found one large family took up the fire pit space while we were there.

Room was a good size considering it had 2 Queen beds in it. Great gym, pool and spa, even a fire pit at the night time There was also a vending machine where you could purchase a microwave meal.

Our waiter in the restaurant. We were given a complimentary breakfast however he made us feel like we were stealing it..we didn’t go back but wouldn’t put us off returning..it was one person, everybody else was great.

All the extra accommodations i/e the pool facilities and gym. They were very nice and clean.

It would have been nice to have know we have to pay an extra $18 a day for parking. I also do not think it is right to be charged for parking when we already paid a lot of money to stay there.

Parking was difficult, due to construction and the hotel was full. However, we did manage ro secure a spot. Breakfast was delicious, the staff in the restaurant was very nice and were attentive!

Was hoping there would be an alternative gym while the main was under construction

We love how we were close to everything such as Fisherman's Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium, etc. The housekeeping did an excellent job on restocking items we needed everyday!

We didn't like that we had to pay for parking every single day! It was $17 per day. I think that fee was expensive! It should have been free or lower than $10.

Large room on top floor with a balcony. Room was very clean. Pool area was good. Restaurant was good.

Not treated brilliantly on check in. Made to feel like she was doing us a favour letting us stay there. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and helpful though.

This hotel is definitely dated, the ceiling was cracked. When you walked the floors made terrible noises, the armoire shaken every time you walked to the bathroom. (We felt bad for the people downstairs) 😟On the positive note the staff was super nice and thoughtful. We paid for breakfast and that was a nice deal!

Close to amenities of Monterey, CA. Parks, restaurants, pathways, sites worth visiting....etc.

The pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. This was not disclosed at the time of booking.
