The room was very spacious, nice, and clean. We felt safe in the room and building. Liked the location very easy to get around town.

We did not have breakfast there... We woke up to late. I think parking should be included for all guests... On our 2nd day at your Hotel, we brought our trash bag to the cleaning lady, the 1st lady we encountered was very polite and took our trash bag, we told her we did not need our room cleaned and asked her for a few more paper cups, so she called the 2nd lady out of the room next door and told her what we needed, the 2nd lady was not to happy she gave us the cups but was not very pleasant while we were interacting with her.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The location was good. We didn't make use of the breakfast or the restaurant on-site. Would suggest as long as guests are notified prior to reserving the parking situation of either valet or parking garage a couple of blocks away.

The area that included the vanity was large but the lighting needed to be better, The lighted mirror was too low for use because there isn't an area to put a chair, so the light from the mirror didn't make any difference in the lighting. We used it as a night light. I was not happy to find out that there are only two choices for parking: valet at $40 a day or local parking garages at $25 a day but a couple of blocks away.

The hotel was very nice and clean, pretty big

1. On breakfast they charged us extra for the coffee (without telling so a head) 2. We were 2 families. On arrival they claimed we reserved 1 room only, although we showed the booking which clearly said 2 rooms - so our friends had to book and pay for the second room separately. Two weeks later we discovered they charged us for the 2 rooms without saying anything (as if we cancelled the second room and need to fully pay for the room). Now we need to call from another country to settle the issue and prove it was fully paid by our friends. 3. parking fees are very high (I think it was 40$ for 1 night)

The location of the hotel, right down the street from great restaurants, the trolly stop is just across the street by the Portola’s Conference Center that goes into Canary Row.

Mini fridge wasn’t on the booking, would have pack better food. Microwave would have been nice for midnight snacks needing to be heated up.

First impression was the good size room. We had the 2 queens city view. Maybe not everyone would love it, but we had a view of a very old ornate building right across the street. It was beautifully done with intricate concrete or stone carvings, gargoyles and all. Look to one side it’s downtown and mountains and other side mountains. The beds were done with good quality bedding and beds were very comfortable. I usually stay in cannery row but I really enjoyed this location as well. More by old downtown with cute shops. And a very pleasant walk to the municipal wharf with lots of restaurants. Also a great place to start a bike ride along the water toward cannery row. Very nice bike trail.

Upon checking out, she asked for the room number and name. I inadvertently gave her the wrong room number. She printed out the receipt. I signed. We walked a few feet away and the bill was wrong as we never ate at the restaurant. She had to research and pull out receipts. It was a different name. I signed someone else’s hotel bill. So if she had really heard my name, this wouldn’t have happened. Of course, my fault to begin with by giving the wrong room number. Also, I think they charge for WiFi if you are not a member.

That there is no parking can only do valet parking for 27 dollars a night and also u have to request housekeeping each day they don't just come

This Marriott is excellent. The minute we walked into the lobby the staff took extra care of us. We were met with smiling faces from every single person we encountered. From the valet, to the front desk, and restaurant staff everyone was so kind.

the location was perfect! It was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. The room was nice, comfortable, clean, and the perfect temperature!

It would be nice to have side exits that weren’t the valet exits. when it got busy due to an event, leaving the property through the main doors was somewhat of an obstacle course.

Excellent hotel. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Valet parking was good service. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Had a washer/dryer on our floor which available for use. Staff at reception thought it costed but is actually free so that’s a bonus. Good location for the Main Street with nice restaurants. Overall great experience.
