Hotel Zico

My room was right by the desk & lobby. Noisy at 6:30 am & on. also noise from room above. Hear water going down pipe.

I liked the relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to have a room on the ground floor near the water cooler where I could fill my water bottle and near the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of outlets and USB ports. Decent gym and nice common outdoor space.

No free breakfast buffet as advertised. Covid is no excuse

Hotel was in perfect location for me. The room was well maintained with a nice large shower and sink area. The bed was comfortable. The food was surprisingly good for a small hotel. The door to the outdoor patio was also really cool!

They didn't have much in the way of blankets on the bed. I didn't ask for additional blankets but that was my choice.

Loved the unique concept decor, especially the big shared veranda overlooking gardens and a lovely fountain. Charging station in the parking garage was a bonus. Helpful staff.

Property is bordered by two busy highways and is a little tricky to turn into.

Everything was as expected. I would like to stay here again, Normal free parking is closed at night, what is good for security reasons, but it could be difficult to access after hours, An open parking is also available

Breafast finish at 9:30, which is too early to be on vacations!! It would be nice to have lactose-free milk as an option. Normal way it to use videoconference to contact the person at the frondesk, what is perfect,,. until it fails.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel was great, unique decor, clean and comfortable for the price.

Loved the tasteful decor. I don't usually comment on this aspect, but the care was quite interesting and sometimes unexpected. The creative decisions worked. The Stevens Creek trail was right outside so a morning walk was wonderful. We saw a lot of nature and wildlife.

The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors and their activities.

I like that it had a parking garage right under the property. I like all the USB ports to charge all my electronics. Well seem to be pretty thick because I didn’t hear anybody around us. It has good ac.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that the bathroom is very small, a little out dated and could use some TLC. oh and the patio is just an opening to a common area. i like to have my own patio space but no biggie.

Loved the balcony attached to our room.

When we were trying to check in the hotel attendant was on her cellphone talking about what's for dinner rather than getting the long line of people checked in to our rooms.
