The hotel was clean and the breakfast is amazing. Very spaced rooms and good internet. Safe parking and have a very good restaurante/bar next door on same parking lot. Very good!

First is the price. Come on guys here is Novato not SF I found rooms in SF so much cheaper and with nearby pubs, pharmacies, stores, restaurants. Because I'm local resident they ask me the reason for rent a room, so the hotel forcing me to exposed my personal life. They excused telling me that local residents choose hotels nearby to do parties. Even if I'm gonna do a party I will never tell you guys this is reason of this question doesn't make any sense. I understand that some people doing crazy things and the good people must pay for it, but filter never is too much. My advice is just waning the guests that parties are not allowed on facilities or whatever thing else.

We choose the motel because it is very close to our daughter home and we lived in that neighborhood for over 25 years. We were greeted and treated very well by the desk staff which ever shift was on duty. The maids went out of their way for us too. We will return may of 2023 and stay with you ... Great trip

Parking is a little odd everything is uphill so for seniors like us. We planned a little extra time for appointments

Would’ve loved a little variation in the breakfast menus! Also, the location is a little far away from stores and other centers: so if that’s a concern, consider being somewhere else. If you want a quiet stay to disconnect from the world — go for it!

This is one of the very best hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. It was top notch from start to finish - beautiful room looking out on a hillside with trees and greenery, super helpful staff, clean and really well maintained. Easy access from freeway without the noise. I loved it!

It’s not so easy to push your luggage cart up an incline and over the curb. I’m sure the staff would have helped if I’d asked!

The corridor near our room occasional smelt of weed, but the staff worked hard to eradicate that. It's not the hotel fault. Everything else was great.

Spacious, comfortable clean room. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in reception. The adjacent Perry's Restaurant was very convenient.

Nothing really. Some background noise from the highway but generally not too intrusive. The double glazed balcony window kept things quiet at night.

The room is very comfortable and it has a nice working place. The bed was very good and the bathroom had a lot of room. A very good breakfast and the personnel were very helpful all the time.

I really can't complain about the hotel, the elevator and some of the decoration is outdated, but it doesn't affect the experience.

Breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of offerings. I had forgotten my old iPad (lightning) cable but Judy was able to find one in lost and found and let me have it. (I returned it to lost and found upon check-out.) And, the laundry room is supposed to be closed at 9PM but I had an emergency drying need and they said OK. Also, Kim, is one of the nicest managers we'd met during our bicycle trek around the SF Bay.

I had the furthest room from the laundry but luckily the guest computers are located nearby so it was OK.
