was very nice place and great staff.

I found a bed bug on my bed. I didn’t complain or make a deal about it because I was only able to find the one which I killed. inspected my entire bed and sheets and wasn’t able to locate another so I kept it on the down low . embassy, please clean bedding and check for bed bugs before giving out a room! . I’d stay again in a heartbeat though! I’m not a big complainer unless i really really need to.

Rooms are very spacious, and staff is exceptionally kind. I was particularly impressed with the facilities. Gym is spacious and up to date. I particularly enjoyed the Peloton bikes and complimentary waters/towels for when you work up a sweat. Additionally, indoor saltwater pool is also an added bonus. Breakfast was equally a great experience. This hotel offers the best complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced. There are many options to pick from in addition to an omelet bar... Don't miss out. Complimentary vouchers for Happy Hour are provided for each guest to enjoy a drink at the bar. While it looks like a fun atmosphere... I don't drink, so I missed out. Interior of the hotel provided for interactions with other hotel guests. It's a pleasant atmosphere. *Bonus - Muir Woods are within a 30 min drive.

Parking is an additional $10 per night. While it's not much, I had additionally chosen to book here due to my belief that parking was complimentary... it is not.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options including made to order omlets. The room was nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the hotel pool.

It took the hotel staff two hours after check-in to bring us a portable crib that we had specified we would need when we made our reservation months prior. This was challenging for us since we arrived in the late evening, right around our youngest child's usual bedtime.

The property was well kept. It was very modern which made it very unique. It is right next to Marin Civic Center which makes it convenient to see events there. We also enjoyed the convenience of a two room suite which was beautiful.

There is wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like.

Very comfortable room. Clean and fresh upon check in. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast is incredible. Their are so many choices. Also, the breakfast staff is second to none. Attentive, helpful and friendly. Managers reception is back with real food!

The on site restaurant at dinner was very sub par. We were ignored upon coming in. It took 20 minutes to even get someone to come over (we were one of 6 families in the whole restaurant) we waited longer for our drinks, never got refills, condiments, etc. Our food was brought room temp and we never saw the waitress again.

When I arrived, I realized that I had made an error on my dates for booking through "booking online". Amanda Ralph, was at the front desk at the time- handling an enormous amount of stress handling it by herself. She went above and beyond to sort out my check in. She worked on the phone for 2 hours to make sure things were taken care of and I could check into my prepaid room. She gave me the best service I have ever had at a hotel, and I have been an international traveler for 33 years. Amanda Ralph is by far the best Costner care representative I have ever had in my life.

Property was right next to event we went for. The location is great. All of the extras inside of the hotel make it great! Overall very pleased.

Housekeeping kept knocking before check out asking when we were going to leave. Felt rushed to leave. Extra blankets and pillows requested were not in the room, i had to ask front desk for blankets.

The breakfast was exceptional, especially compared to average hotel breakfasts. The room was big and the beds very comfy. The hall, lounge, breakfast areas are beautiful.

That I needed to call housekeeping a day ahead every time I needed the room cleaned.

The breakfast and staff are the best! I used the hot tub and it was nice! I love the spacious rooms, the bar, and the snacks available for purchase.

The cost is almost a deterrent. The hot tub had so much chlorine that the stream burned my eyes and nose and there were a lot of towels and mess left behind- it might be nice to have a staff member check hourly to pick up discarded towels, trash and cups. Also we missed happy hour- it would be nice to have a drink ticket no matter what time you check in.

the family style suites are perfect for our six person group… and the complimentary happy hour and breakfast are generous.

modern and great indoor lounge areas outside the room…
