Jack London Inn

Location was walking distance. Room was a good size. Very helpful staff.

My room is always clean and up to pare but sometimes tv doesn’t work but that’s fine the bus is litterly outside the hotel office the people that work there are the sweetest especially savanna but there breakfast is small love this hotel tho

I don’t like how the person next door to me was very rude dogs barking all night , I don’t like how the breakfast is so small and the elevator goes so slow other than that I like everything else it’s a great hotel.

Ahmed and his spiritual brother, and the staff person who helped extend my stay this morning, treat me with respect and assists with making my stay more comfortable.

Stay off the second floor and upgrade to the fourth floor when booking. It's usually worth the extra amount, not much. The fourth floor is more spacious and usually quieter. Make sure the TV works, as some rooms the TV doesn't work. My room currently has the TV working and all the accommodations I need.

It was comfortable & quiet

House keeper never came knocked on our door our whole stay for any toiletries or wash clothes or tissue & when I first arrived one staff lied and said they didn't take cash but a sign said differently in front me it said no cash between 11pm-6am & another thing they lied to me and stated they couldn't give me paper receipts until i told them im with social services & I needs proof of My situation

savanah perkkins and mr singh were so helpful and accomodating, it isnt a 4 star establishment but their level of customer care and service makes you feel like it is, and because of them i keep coming back. thank you guys for turning around my view and making it a positive experience for me.

the night person the old chunky white guy could be more respectful of guests and not rude and un torward

They gave us the same room close to the breakfast room decently comfortable close to a food store .., all our folks can find us

Need to keep the soda machine fild up.... maybe a machine with food in it

Have cleaning staffing wear hair nets because the hair from them or from others are on/in the sheets and on the towels unfortunately. I believe in my heart? This can be resolved without being penalized by the health department. Not say this should that far. But dude to COVID-19 we must be perfect

Just having hair in my towels and that's it very good stay

I am so proud of management and staff always seen cleaning and greeting me. I see your efforts to make Jack London Inn a great place to be!!

I have no complaints.

Staff were nice and the price of the room was nice considering the location. I was happy to find a location to stay because many hotels did not have vacancies. I was also turned away from the hotel I did book online.

While extending my stay they allow me a little bit of time to run to the bank and comes out without any hassles

Unfortunately too many children next door to me that decided to play jumping on the bed instead of parents bringing them to Jack London Square by the water to go play and run it out otherwise it is a quite a beautiful stay as quiet for me as long as I'm not on the second floor I say keep the low class on the second floor I prefer the Third
