The guy at the front desk was very sloppy looking, if it weren't for the reviews I wouldn't have known breakfast was included in the stay. He gave no information about our stay. The room was beautiful & very clean. The full breakfast wasn't so "full".. The one person that worked in the kitchen wasn't keeping up with the amount of people that were coming to eat. There were eggs (which were always empty, bacon, small muffins, toast, oatmeal, cold cereal, juice, and coffee. I love when people break down what is included.. Bed was super comfy and the size of the room was like a mini studio

Staff is on top of things, especially Temple. She assured me anything I needed she would help and she did. The towels are laundered well and the ADA units are big enough for walkers and wheelchairs.

The NOISE from upstairs is too much. Children and adults need to realize the stomping around is disruptive to guests and it was 4 days of noisy neighbors that didn't get resolved until checkout. Beds are a bit too soft so hard for those with mobility issues to move around.

Separate working is very useful and welcome. Free parking also great!

Breakfast is relatively standard, but appreciate the staff working so hard while the pandemic is still going on!

liked the newness, the safe-feeling location, the breakfast staff/room , our delightful suite-room with all sorts of perks, like Keurig, coffee maker/comfortable seating, area, adjacent to bedroom, lamps on both sides of the bed!

Front desk clerk was abrupt about utilizingbooking.com genius status as check in; it was much cheaper than the rack rate. As a result, and because check in was not allowed prior to 3 PM (we arrived at 1:55) we were not encouraged to make that booking and when we returned at 3:10? 3:15? We’re delayed in getting into a room by the friendlier desk, staff individual while she waited for our booking.reservation to come through the system. Small things like this deterred from the greater rating potential of a very nice stay.

Location was great! Comfortable beds and a great breakfast !

Nothing to complain about

Clean and simple, free parking, good coffee and breakfast. Alameda is a nice place to walk around and feel safe. Staff were helpful.

The bathroom door has automatic closure with no way to secure it in the open position. This led to us putting a chair in front of it…not the safest situation were there to be an emergency.

Our family of 2 kids and 2 adults had plenty of room to spread out as there is a separate small seating area in the 2 queen bed room, and I believe we had a disability-accessible room based on the furniture. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and included a bathtub with jets. Everything was super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The free breakfast was simple but yummy (bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, etc.). We are from the Bay Area but now live in a different state, but we love to go to Crown Beach (perfect beach for kids!), and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in California!

The location was perfect. It was convenient to the people we were visiting and the small town it was located in was perfect for venturing out and getting coffee or a bite to eat.

The lighting in the bathroom was bad. Very hard to put on makeup. The shampoo, conditioner and soap could use an upgrade.

Room was huge, mattress was a dreamy intersection of hard and soft, staff was great. Immaculate room included many outlets and USB ports to accommodate all my devices. Well-lit, free parking. Excellent location.

Breakfast was ample - included eggs and sausage- but not exceptional.

Very clean and everyone seemed nice and informative about the local area except no one could recommend a decent restaurant.

Breakfast was very limited a bit more cooked option would have been nice like Beans sausages eggs mushrooms and hash browns.
