I was really surprised and amazed of the room I got. It was fully furnished and clean and a 2 story place. I loved having my own personal garage with a remote door. The kitchen was immaculate with a full stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There was a toaster oven and a coffee maker. It even had all the utensils to use incase if you wanted to cook. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. This place even had vacuums cleaners and electric mops, an iron and ironing board, a few portable heaters and fans, hair dryer and 2 electric alarms clocks. I had a balcony facing the ocean which I loved. I loved the swimming pool and hot tub jacuzzi. This place was so quiet too. There was so much more to this place that it would take awhile to text it all. All in all, this was there perfect get away place for me to relax and reduce my PTSD, Schizoaffected disorder and bipolar disorder due to severe sexual trauma in the military. I definitely will come back again.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Very well kept Villa's in a great location near Oceanside Beach. Within walking distance to the beach but very limited locations/restaurants in walking distance around property. Not to worry there is a covered parking garage. Staff is inviting. But the suites.... are out of this world fantastic!! We went in November to comfort a friend so it was chilly but the rooms had fireplaces. Situated in a cozy beach neighborhood. This place went above and beyond all expectations. No Hassel check in with keys in lockbox. Directions and communication from staff came very easy. Felt safe inside gates.Amazing place!! We so badly wanted to come in June!

Well, I really hate to say this because it's not the property's fault but the homeless/drug addicts in the area are not so great. It definitely makes you more alert of your surroundings. Other than that, the only other thing that was a bummer is that they won't take reservations until spring-ish? We couldn't book in November 2022 for June 2023. I believe they have 10 suites so I'm very positive they'll be sold out as soon as they open their books!

. Super friendly staff, with flexibility to attend a few requests . Very comfortable and clean condo . Excellent shower / bathroom + complete kitchen . Good wifi, working at all premises . Little market across the street (helpful) . Spacious garage (maybe not during peak season, since it only has space for ~10 cars)

Almost nothing to say, but... . Condo was super clean, but the floor cleaning was not 100% . Very calm and quiet street, 10 min waling to the pier

Breakfast was grab and go … location was great … immediate vicinity seems a bit ghetto sorry to say … I encountered zero issues/problems … staff was super terrific … unit was spacious, dated and no frills … everything worked fine … got used to the turn knob timer wall heaters … loved having one designated parking spot inside a parking garage with remote … will happily return

Where do I start? I loved the location and proximity to the beach. Loved the closed garage secure parking. we loved our end unit (#6), and semi views of the water, vaulted ceilings. There is no AC but great ceiling fans and portable fans in the coldest. Got cold at night but there was a provided plug in heater. Was pretty much move in ready, just need your own groceries, lol. Fireplace was fun and smelled wonderful with the ocean background. Laundry basket provided to fill with daily linens ( sheets, towels…). Also a provided check list for extras like shower essentials, or extra towels..etc. Full kitchen, tons of DVD’s to check out, even boogie boards!!!! I could go on!

No 24/7 staff and DVD player didn’t work in the living room.

We had a blast. This place was great. Parking space in garage was awesome. We did have to walk a ways for the sandy beach. But the Apartment is only 2 blocks from the Ocean and 'The Strand'. We usually drove to get closer to where we played in the water by the Oceanside Pier. About 1/2 mile away. Will stay here again. Very Comfortable. Felt like it was a good price to be so close to the ocean. Oh, enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings too. That was a very nice touch. We didn't use them but some used the bbq grills and were cooking up some great smelling food. I would like to come and spend a month here.

Not much to dislike. As I mentioned it was a little way to a sandy beach. Train was close and can be loud when it passes (often). We were very happy with the accommodations.

It was one block from the ocean and very comfortable to stay because it had a kitchen and a living room.

all of the rooms were at least one flight of stairs up and the location is next to train tracks. Heard the alarms for the railroad crossing several times throughout the night. We were given a garage door opener so that we could park our vehicle inside the building. The garage door opener never worked correctly even though I brought it to staffs attention twice. We had to let ourselves in by getting out of the vehicle going through the side entrance manually opening the garage door and then closing the manually.

Ariana at the front desk was so helpful and cheery! I had no worries or stress during this trip. I had an amazing stay! Highly recommend.

I did experience dirty tile as my feet turned black when walking barefoot in the villa. But they provide a form to fill out to express your experience, and once we explained the floors needed to be mopped again.. they immediately cleaned the floors for us!! Great hospitality.

Everything, the stay, the view, nearness to the shore, the kindness of the staff as well as their attentiveness to my and families' needs. The accessibility to near places to supply any need. The culture and events, the climate, everything, everything, everything.

Some of the things looked a little dirty, like the heater units and the balcony, but it's more like it's just old and needs a little updating, other than that, nothing. This price was outstanding as well as your service was just great, please keep up the priority of customer satisfaction. I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is great. Within walking distance to the pier, food, and coffee shop. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, plenty of space, a designated parking garage, and partial view of the ocean from our back patio.

The neighbors above us were really loud. Like moving furniture until early morning loud. Luckily, it didn't seem to bother our 1 year olds ability to sleep.
