very nice employees. when we pulled up some tweakers standing across the street saw us and immediately headed over and sat in front of the lobby right next to where we parked. kept staring at us and wouldn't leave & we felt totally sketched out to say the least (2 young ladies). so we didn't get out of our car, called the hotel and the manager and other male employees came out and got them to leave, as the hotel lobby outdoor bench is not a public place anyway. didn't experience anything else like that the whole weekend at the hotel. gym was small but nice, clean and had the essentials for workouts. room was very big and beds were comfortable. great shampoo/conditioner/soap. no complaints.

Location was close to entertainment, marina, beach, museums and great food. Parking was close to lobby entrance.

The inside cafe is a separate vendor which I recommend to change to internally managed buffet at a lower price so families and couples may go downstairs and eat a pleasant affordable meal without having to load everyone into a car to go out to breakfast. Home2You suites offers a hot buffet. If you check the volume, the current setup gets low attendance.

Great location at Oceanside Harbor. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size.

The shower didn’t look very appealing. It was a bit difficult to get the room the right temperature - it was either too cool or too warm most of the time.

I love the young lady who worked Friday night! December 23rd! I forgot her name but she was so exceptionally nice! She even gave me an upgrade at the same rate I paid! Whew the views were AMAZING! Nice staycation get away for me and my daughter!

It would be nice to have breakfast included when staying at a hotel. I do wish this was the case however, I loved my stay.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. But locations was great walking Distance To the harbor. And only a hop skip and jump to the main gate of Camp Pendleton.

Not a lot of parking for the size of the hotel. An unexpected $50 deposit on top of the Price of the Hotel just in case you smoke in the room.

A more reasonably priced breakfast. It would have been great to have breakfast there for convenience. Breakfast should be priced under $10.00 for a simple meal. Also, it would be great to have coffee or tea available in Lobby to sit & relax.

Great location walking distance from the harbour and beach. Good sized, clean room and pleasant little pool outside.

Just how expensive all the hotels are in California including the big chains like Holiday Inn! I'd say this was worth spending a little extra on though. About the same standard as a UK Premier Inn with a bigger room.

Hotel is clean 10/15 min walk to beach.. You do have to walk through Marina. You can also drive to beach from location, but may not get parking.

Short staffed, so rooms couldn't be cleaned regularly during stay. If missing or needed more of something, you could get from front desk. No hooks in shower for wet suits and towels from beach fun.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and very comfortable bed.

Cleanliness could have been better, there was hair from a previous guest on the bathroom floor. Cleaning crew comes only once in 5 (!) days to clean your room and supply towels. This was not communicated by the staff, only noticed it on a small note in the room on our second night.

This place was awesome!!! walking distance to the beach! Large room and i had a great view of the ocean (my son's room did not have this view-but the room was even BIGGER!). Room was very clean and GREAT value!! Free parking! Staff was very courteous, helpful, and professional.
