We loved the option to rent surf boards and skate boards. We used this option everyday and thought it was a good price. The breakfast was also very nice to have on site. The location was very good. It made it easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

The room was a little cramped and the shower faucet didn’t work well. It was very hard to get the water to work in the shower setting. The mini fridge was very old and didn’t stay cold well enough for us to keep food in it.

I liked how close it was to the beach. They offered a discount at the restaurant next door and offered stuff to rent for free, which kind of helped with the fee part of the cost. You can’t beat the location. If you are renting stuff for the beach, the resort fee is definitely worth it.

The cost of parking and daily fee, which were separate charges on top of the cost to stay there.

The pool was great, the beds were comfy, the rooms were nice and modern. The staff were super friendly. It's located in a great part of town and very close to the beach.

Parking wasn't cheap. There was a railway next to the hotel but it wasn't really loud, didn't interrupt any one's sleep in our room and it was right outside of our window. The pool was closed on our last day to re-tile and there was no notice given but I guess it had to be done sometime.

The staff was exceptional, each one in their give job duties hit it out the park. the cleaning staff really worked around the clock to make sure the facility was well maintained. the front desk agents were very hospitable with a professional decorum. Valet was knowledgeable and helpful.

Room #543. The shower. Water pressure was practically nonexistent. Shower had a hard time draining so by the end of my shower I was standing in about 2-3 inches of water. The shower floor is very slippery when wet

There were a few things in our room that may need some updating or replacing but it wasn't a hinderance. Our view from our room was not facing the ocean, sadly. The breakfast was good and had nice choices. Although I will say I missed being able to make some waffles.

Some things in our room were a bit worn and could use refreshing or replacing. I feel being a paying customer the parking rate could have been much less.

Staff was awesome from hotel and Hello Betty were awesome. Very pleasant experience over all. Shout out to the breakfast gals for making my family feel welcome and keeping up with the demands of the guest.

How close it was to the beach, breakfast was included , nice rooftop pool, staff was great. The value of my stay was excellent. All sorts of eateries are within walking distance.

The room was a little small I wish I had a patio which rooms do have we just didn’t next time I’ll make sure I ask for it.

we did not like that there are trains really frequent during the day and pretty loud but during the night it doest come thru whitch is good

The hot breakfats items could have been better. The price could have been better it was kind of insane to have so many daily fees and parking fees.
