Beautiful spot! Perfect location for skiing or gorgeous summer stay.

We needed a detailed receipt and booking .com doesn't provide on with a break down of room rate and taxes.

The fireplace was lovely. The location was convenient to shops, cafes, restaurants and lifts. Spa on the first level was great, we used it heaps .

Our condo had beds for 6 people (we had 5) but only 1 ski locker, not enough for all our gear. There wasn't enough in the kitchen to cook for our family. We tried to bake fish and chips but the baking trays were only big enough to cook for 1-2 people. The pillows were too fat, no one in our family slept well on them. Staff at the main desk were sometimes great but sometimes young and hopeless about giving good info and being helpful.

The apartment like layout of the accommodation is very suitable and functional. It is ideal for families and groups. It is worthwhile to use the fully equipped kitchen. Surrounding restaurant prices are very high. It is also advised to bring your own food, because the little "supermarket" at the location has insane prices.... and at check out they ask even for tip. (pasta sauces in jar = 16,- / 18,- $)

We stayed a longer weekend. Unfortunately a big van expo took place on the parking grounds of the facility. The issue was not the expo by itself, but for the entertainment of the visitors rock bands were playing all day long into the evening. The noise level was really like being at outdoor concert and made a stay in the rooms very uncomfortable......

The location was awesome! The size of the apartment was great and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the necessary equipment and utensils. Parking garage was very convenient.

The staff at check in was challenging for our guests who arrived after us. There weren’t any luggage carts available at check in but once we mentioned it to staff they arranged for a cart to be available in the garage of building. There were a few minor issues in apartment like no shampoo available in the primary bathroom, the carpet needed to be re-stretched and one of drawers I. refrigerator was broken.

The location was excellent. We went for a long weekend vacation and the sky tram was wonderful. Very comfortable stay amazing spa and many restaurants. We did not like the food at the Irish pub as we found a nail in the appetizer tacos when we took takeout. Apart from that great place to vacation

The food hit many options. Breakfast options are poor. No seated breakfast spot and the lines were very long for breakfast.

Location is great, just a few steps away from Gondola / Tram to ski / snowboard. Beautify place. Jacuzzi is nice. My sons love the kids club (only available during holiday season) which provide games, extertainment, cartoons after coming back to ski.

Very pricy during holiday season.

Great location, centrally ideal in the middle of the Village. Top floor. Condo was very comfortable, included an AC portable unit, which was much needed! Free shuttle service to nearby attractions, like Tahoe City was nice.

Two negatives. One BIG and one not so big. BIG PROBLEM was late night, inconsiderate party noise. Yelling, screaming on outside deck with no thought for neighbors. Really sad and too bad there was no "disturbance enforcement" from Village security. Smaller negative issue is the lack of places to eat in the Village; especially for a hot breakfast!

Great location and very nice room. Parking garage was a nice plus. Being able to check skis in the locker room was nice, although the locker room was very small and cramped.

It is very loud at night. The snow removal and snow ops machinery are driving around you all night. It's also very bright, with Christmas lights and parking lights and Village lights making it very hard to get the room dark. No one slept very well.

Location at the foot of the mountain is beautiful and super convenient. The buildings are well-maintained and the resort has lots of shops and restaurants, though in summer most are closed or only open a few days per week.

The rooms are clean and spacious, but the fixtures are a bit dated. For example, there's no dedicated places to plug in electronics or charge cell phones.

the attendant who checked me in ..tristan? young man who was so helpful. He was so careful with his writing..shared that he had a brain injury that affected his penmanship. He was helpful, found a room for early check in, and was just super helpful all around.

the condo needs more hooks for jackets..etc..
