Location was good, close to airport and could walk to several businesses. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Ate lunch at Sanchos and The Reef and both were good and reasonably priced. Air conditioning worked well, rooms were decent and hotel layout simple and effective. Front desk staff (Edna) was wonderful with many suggestions for how to make the most of our stay.

Charging plugs in room weren't great - there weren't any on either side of the bed and the outlets near the sink/desk weren't working so we had to rotate our devices charging at one outlet and unplug the TV in order to use that outlet. No plug for the bathtub though the water stayed in for a long time as both tub and sink were very slow to drain. Would have loved a microwave to reheat our many leftover meals, though the fridge was good and cold and handy to have in the room.

I love the retro tiki vibe and ambiance of this hotel! The rooms and property were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants on site and the tiki bar is top notch! Very well priced and rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a $30 fee if you check in a little early at 2 p.m. instead of 4. I haven't heard of an early check in fee before. We were staying for three nights and the room was ready so I feel like that should be waived.

It had a cool theme. It was clean and the staff IN THE HOTELwas nice.

For the price, not again. The beds were uncomfortable and make squeaky bedspring sounds. One of the rooms I rented had huge chips out of the finish on the concrete floor. None of the electrical outlets would hold a plug (worn out sockets). The room coffee was garbage. Biggest thing was neither of the rooms had a lock on the bathroom window which opened to an alley. SUPER DANGEROUS FOR YOUR GUESTS SAFETY!!!

I loved the whole Polynesian theme! They had the Easter island stone head statues as the decor and even down to the cleanex tissue! Our receptionist Edna was so super welcoming and she gave us really good advice on what bars to go to for certain type of scenario scenes. She was the best receptionist I've ever had by far. The jacuzzi was perfect especially for the November weather. They even allowed us to upgrade the room if we wanted. Overall it was a good room for us four and I'm happy I choose the room for the price it was!!!!! :-)

It would've been a 10 if they had a microwave but other than that it was perfect!!! :-)

We loved the overall feel/ambiance of the grounds. We used the room to sleep. Other than sleeping, we used the grounds for gathering and hanging out. The Reef has great food and drinks. We really enjoyed the fish and chips! We came home with souvenir t-shirts. It was really the perfect mix for relaxation on a budget.

We really wish the pool was heated. It was really cold the our entire stay. The spa heat was wonderful the first 2 days, then it was cleaned and turned off. I didn’t ask the reason, but that was a bummer. Also, for a budget vacation, a microwave in the room would have been really nice.

Very cute place, hot tub was open and strong jets, long hours for pool (8 to midnight as I recall), comfy beds, hot water in showers, friendly staff that tried to help. We will be back. LOVE tiki and vintage, a great value for a unique experience.

Wifi didn't work. We were told maybe it's because we had Mac products (wha? never been an issue for 10 years of traveling). So basically, not reliable wifi. Luckily, we were there to relax and we have tethering on our phone plans but be aware especially if you need to do work or family member really needs access some high-bandwidth stuff. Also, not a "dislike" but the tiki restaurant/bar is closed on Wednesdays so FYI!

Great beautiful location, easy to find. Neat room with all the basics you might need. Easy check in/out, pleasant staff. At night it was quiet so no issues with sleeping. I only stayed overnight so didn’t see a lot. Hotel is close to airport (about 15 min drive), close to amazing Indian Canyons hiking trails ($12 to enter) - highly recommend, loved the hike and there are almost no people; not too far to Acrisure arena (about 20-30 mins drive) if you are there for a show. Property is clean, has a pool. Would stay again.

Gorgeous tiki / polynesian styling, but with a modern feel. Comfy bed, great TV system, excellent pool and on-site tiki bar / restaurant. Really nice atmosphere and incredible value for money. Plenty of spacious parking available next to room.

The wifi and 4G reception in my room was terrible. Having to wait 15-20 mins outside the reception for a member of staff to return and check me in put a damper on the start of my stay. The location is a bit too far south from the action in town in terms of walkability. Some great restaurants nearby though.

Thankfully after countless times I got to use the employee microwave. You should have at least one for visitors to use. We don't all wanna go out to eat.

The ice machine: supposedly we heard it was the only one plus I couldn't find another one the lady from the restaurant was using taking ice from it every morning so throughout the day there wasn't any for other customers who paid for the rooms. The pool: it was dirty with bugs in it in the morning time. thought I could wake up early head into the pool for a nice tan and swim. The filter wasn't working and colors of water wasn't clean looking. Also probably because of the heat the pool was also warm when it should've been cooler. .

It was clean, but not fussy. The Tiki theme is mostly beyond the rooms, not in them, but I knew that. Cute to look at and for photos. I am counted that I had to wait an extra 90 mins Beyond check in because my room wasn’t yet clean. But I’d rather than that a dirty room I guess. 🦴🦴 pet friendly. Cats, 🐕 and 🦅 too
