Friendly, quick check in. 24 hour front desk. The views are spectacular. The restaurant next door is in a Palm Springs building rich in lore. Now they serve what is arguably the best Mexican food in the desert, or southern California for that matter. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its a huge reason for me to book the property. Its like getting great dessert after the meal. Lastly, the prices are always better than the other hotels, but pets are welcomed and for us with full time dogs, its essential that they are allowed. It also stems the travelers who all claim their animal is a working animal. That has created problems for people who really do need their service animals readily welcomed.

Formerly a Mesa / Twin Palms resident As a working senior I visit Palm Springs for my Monthly medical appointments and as a Buyer for private clients, movie studios and a shopper for personal style clients in Los Angeles . I have always found M6East is a great location and the staff is superb. If I have an issue it is remedied immediately. M6East is perfect for my budget and on the go work style

You can’t choose your neighbors but given the nation’s issues . I realize there are people who are thrust into situations beyond their control. Walls are thin but a kind word or just being neighborly but not nosy will rule the day and night

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. They also had free coffee in the morning which was a nice bonus.

The washing machines were very annoying. Using the washing machines required you to download an smartphone app, but it didn't work. The staff were also not helpful and could not assist in any way. Overall, washing clothes is an annoying experience which should be simplified.

Overall, it was good for the price and location. Nice size of pool ! I wish it was a Jacuzzi Thank you for offering free coffee

The room was clean, except the floor had not been swept.

Although the room was pretty clean, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room; found burnt match stem on the floor. I was a bit uncomfortable entering and exiting my room due to the young men hanging out on the stairs smoking. The hotel would be fine, except for the stale oder on the outside of the building from the smoking and infrequent cleaning.

the staff was excellent mary olga the main manager man i forgot his name really the whole staff were amazing friendly helpful best staff and motel we have ever stayed at we really dont want to leave

the only thing that was hard was having to have money on a card to wash clothes and use vending machines but thats nobiggie the staff were above and beyond great it was easily over looked

room was clean, beds were comfortable, the pool area and grounds are well kept. Prices are back to normal after Pride weekend and it's one of the best choices if you want to visit Palm Springs on a budget.

Still no toiletries except for 2 bars of soap, and the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. You have to bring the towel down to the reception to exchange them. (at least they allow that). The biggest negative for me is no refrigerator in the room, so we had to buy a styrofoam cooler to keep our drinks cold (you can get free ice there though) so that worked out well.

Very nice staff, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Nice pool area, and very conveniently located close to downtown Palm Springs and easy access to other desert cities.

It was a very busy weekend due to the PRIDE festival, and the Motel was sold out, and I feel they used that as a reason to overcharge for the rooms. The floors in the room were not as clean as during my previous visits, and with the covid-19 restrictions, the room was not cleaned and/or towels changed once during my stay. While that is understandable due to the circumstances, the fact that the daily rate was 3 to 4 times higher than usual, made everything feel like a ripoff.

Had a great experience ori the man who checked me in had a excellent welcoming vibe ,Calvin the manager was awesome friendly and really informative I am definitely coming back on our annual trip to palm springs security was super nice and was constantly doing his rounds it was a great comfortable experience 😊

Room was very clean close to all the places I want to visit.

I wanted to use my AARP membership to get a 10% discount off the room price. I was told because I booked through booking.com the clerk said the system would not allow her to do it. This is VERY poor. I will not be using booking.com again very soon.
