location ideal. Staff are wonderfully helpful. Room was really dark quiet and clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Good check in process.

I don’t like that They don’t offer on site self parking. They charge $45 per night for valet parking. Not worth it. There is minimal parking on the nearby streets.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted enthusiastically by the Concierge to unload our luggage and whilst checking in, Juan, of the Front Desk staff, offered my wife and myself a glass of wine each, that we readily accepted and chatted while we checked in. He did a wonderful job without any issues. The manager Jess was also very courteous & friendly toward us.

It was roughly 100F that day and we thought we would like a swim in the pool to cool down a bit, but the pool water was also quite warm and understandably so due to the Summer weather & temperature. It was great anyway and I understand that is to be expected.

The room had a great big balcony, I think most of the rooms do, either on mountain side or "city" side. Even though ours opened right above bars and restaurants, it was very quiet when we drew the curtains to sleep, and I'm the kind of person who hears everything in the night. In the bathroom there was a timer switch, for the heat lamp directly above the exit to the shower. That was kind of nice. Good hot water and water pressure. The inside of the hotel was aesthetically interesting, with an art gallery along the lobby and places to sit and work if that's what you were there for. It was clean enough, no major issues. Clearly an older building but still dressed up a bit fancy.

The bed was alright, some kind of light pillowtop under the sheets, but like pretty much every hotel out there, they have those super squishy flat pillows that offer zero support. Those pillows are my nemesis. The location is right in the heart of downtown and there's lots of adjacent public parking that had different overnight restrictions -- yet none of that parking seemed to be for this hotel. They wanted a ridiculous $44 per day for valet parking. We just parked around the block and walked.

The location was excellent! Our room was comfortable and we slept very well.

There were a few plumbing issues- very hard to adjust the hot and cold water. They need to update the plumbing in the bathroom. I had a shower but there was no soap in the soap dispenser. When we checked in we were given an upgrade but weren’t told anything about the facilities or services offered by the hotel such as the pool. The room didn’t have a kettle, although it had teabags, no microwave, just a Keurig.

our room was enormous and awesome, but needed some remodeling- the bathroom was very old and the mini bar area had some cabinets falling apart. I think because it was an executive suite that is probably not a priority for most guests it has been overlooked. we were put in that room due to issues with our intended VIP King suite . there were no other available rooms in our class so the front desk staff upgraded us to that room.

Request bedding for sofa bed at check in if you intend to use it - we requested it at 945pm when we saw there was no bedding in the closet or on the sofa bed, then again at 1045pm and 12MIDNITHT! Never came - our daughters (their bdays was the reason for coming) slept on the sofa bed with the flat sheet from each bed as their bottom and top covering. The bedding came in the morning

Room was decent size. Bedding and bathroom was clean. Appreciate the clean towels. Appreciate the room with view of strip down below.

No hand sanitizer by elevators. Empty discarded pizza boxes left in front of rooms and cleaning ladies walked right passed it and didn't bother to pick it up. Carpets leading to rooms need a very very good vacuum. Had two lotions and one conditioner in my room with NO SHAMPOO. For a two night stay between two people (and with the miniature size of the bottles of shampoo/conditioner), it was definitely insufficient. Pool towels weren't clean - they smelled bad. Jacuzzi was dirty. On our second visit to the pool no pool towels were available for the first hour of when pool were opened.

friendly staff, Frank was the best. he greeted us at the beginning of our trip and started us off to a great experience. I also loved the location. we walked around the block, saw some cool sculptures, and artwork, and shopped around.

it was really dirty behind the nightstands and bed like no one had ever ever cleaned there. I dropped my charging cable and considered leaving it there after looking behind there.

Super friendly service. The room was very clean and spacious. My favorite part was the balcony facing the street. Didn’t have to drive anywhere since we were located right by ALL the shopping stores. My partner and I will be returning to this location.

I didn’t like that the pool was unavailable due to remodel. Even though they provided a ride to the Hilton hotel pool, I would have preferred to stay inside our own resort.

Hotel and room was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Love the location of the hotel and the Thursday night street fair was amazing!

TV's. For a hotel of this caliber the TV's should've been better quality. Tv's was very outdated for the price paid.
