Great location, go out the side door and your on the downtown strip. Must have room key to enter, safe. Quiet hotel, adults only, bar by the pool, clean lounge chairs and ice water. Nice and quiet with some chillin music outside, keeps guests away from creating their own. Beautiful space inside and out. Have been here several times and each room works. Free parking on-site and cozy.

No restaurant attached but so close to downtown strip too. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but still clean. Breakfast is a bag full of food and You have to know to ask for it. We were waiting for the breakfast to be set up, guy didn't say anything, and it never happened so we left, next day girl offered a bag so we got a breakfast! Don't forget to grab your coffee and ask for the breakfast bag.

It's a hotel built in 1935 with 25 rooms. The location is amazing with walking to downtown Palm springs. The room was very nice and the pool and grounds were small but cozy. A very relaxing and chill Palm Springs - if you're looking for something different than this isn't for you.

The pool area is nice - but I can imagine in the summer that there are not enough seats for all the guests at the hotel. Not sure there is a fix for this unfortunately.

I loved this hotel! Comfortable, well appointed rooms, stylish decorations, quiet. The radio was even set to a ocean sound setting when I entered the room. It was a spa like atmosphere. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were great. There was also a public sauna. They had a small public snack area with hot chocolate, coffee and biscotti. Self serve lemon water by the pool which just happened to be near my room (110). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given an information sheet upon arrival. Last but not least it was a block’s walk from the central downtown shopping strip and awesome restaurants. For the money I paid, totally worth it and more.

Not much. I think my overhead room light didn’t work for about a day but then came back on. No problem, there were lamps too.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They had relaxing alarm with different modes which was a plus. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.For breakfast they said they had eggs and stuff but didn’t see any on site. But nonetheless they did have hot coffee and a candy bar. Also the staff was very friendly which I really do appreciate. Overall was very nice would stay again.

The down side would be they don’t have any trash cans in the room so you kinda have to place your trash aside. Also the fridge was a mini fridge couldn’t really hold much. They also didn’t mention about the deposit I thought everything was paid for. The other downside is they did have a list of food choices and things to do but they were quite expensive to say the least.

Very peaceful stay, quiet and relaxing, charming facilities, excellent location.

Wasn't aware it was 21 and over until we checked in. Had our 18 year old son with us. They were nice and accommodating about it and let him stay.

We have stayed in several different rooms before but our recent stay was in 104. That room had very loud plumbing noise from the adjacent room, our luck that guest was an early riser...

The whole complex was lovely. Welcoming, neat and very relaxing. Staff were exceptional, nothing was an issue. The duration of our 3 day stay was relaxing, we walked often, and the option to have quiet drinks by the pool was perfect for us. The room was spacious and presented beautifully.

The bed (for me) was too soft and there was limited wifi that reached to our room, however, wifi access was easy through the rest of the complex.

A real continental breakfast instead of a breakfast bag would bring this place to the next level. We were stoked on the 24-hr pool and jacuzzi! We got the only standard room with a jacuzzi tub to fit two, which was also really really nice. The tub was huge. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful!

The bed was very comfortable and the tub and separate shower were really cool. The pool was sparkling, of course, and we really appreciated the "water stations" at various points around the property -- it was very hot! The staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.

The a/c was a little noisy. It would have been nice to have a makeup mirror but I guess that's nit-picking. The breakfast pastries could use an upgrade but I guess with a pandemic pre-packaging is still the way to go.

Nicki is at the front desk went above and beyond, and, so did the others. Loved the Christmas music playing when I was swimming. Very festive. Bartenders were very friendly too.

Breakfast was just a breakfast bag with sugary juices, white bread pastries, and a sugary Nature oat breakfast bar; the piece of fruit was the only truly nutritious item.
